I talked to Paul the week before and he gave me a time that I could come in to have my vehicle assessed. I told Paul that the time conflicted with my class, and he told me that was okay, transportation could be provided.Samantha made sure that I got back and forth from school, just like Paul had assured me. My experience was professional, courteous and comfortable! I've been having a really hard time finding a decent mechanic being that I lack knowledge for vehicles . Paul drove the vehicle around, and even had someone else check behind him for a second opinion. My check engine light has been on for months, even after I took it to Jiffy Lube, in which wanted to do a transmission flush that would have totaled to $80.00. Paul called me and told me that I only needed an oil change that wouldn't even cost half the price of the service Jiffy Lube claimed that I needed. Paul was right because for the first time in awhile, my check engine light is not on! As a matter of fact, I'm just going to be honest, Paul said the oil change was on the house, and that he understands that I am a college student trying to graduate. I was prepared to make another appointment when I could pay him, but he insisted that he took care of the issue so that I could continue my daily commute to campus. It's simple things like this that mean so much to me. I graduate this May, but this journey has not been easy. It seems that everything in my life was trying to stop that from happening, including car problems that have prevented me from attending class several times. The fact that the mechanics took the time to be honest with me about issues, and not adding to it for personal gain, means that Roe Body Shop has strong core values such as integrity and honesty. This is truly a service that cannot be bought, and I Thank you Paul, Samantha and fellow mechanics for showing human, unbiased, and generous care for your guest! .

I drive 50 thousand miles a year and want good brakes. I told Larry that I wanted Manufacture parts on my brakes and when I picked it up the brakes squeaked and I called and Larry said that I said I didn't want manufacture parts because it would be more expensive. told him that I would never say that because the brakes squeak. I have a fleet of vehicles and will never go back to them. I have had to take my trtuck abck and lost two extra days because of them!

We took it in to have it looked at on a Saturday. We were very impressed with Todd, the owner. We dropped it off the next week to have a full car polishing and repair and paint work to the fender. We picked it up a few days later and it looked beautiful...almost as good as the day we drove to off the lot. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable. I submitted a quote request through Yelp and Bill responded the same day. Took my car to see him the next day and got a quote and we agreed on a day that worked for both of us. Dropped my car off and he had the dent taken care of the same day as promised, despite it requiring extra effort on his part to successfully remove.
