Dropped my car off for rear repairs picked it up and now the front end is leaking fluids. Outrageously the front desk girl was not nice about communication however the guy from the back was clear on communicating that they are not responsible and I would have to go through insurance. I have always had respect for caliber collision... up until my experience with this location. I've had cars serviced in the past with different locations and even had my husband work at a location in Houston. We've never had issues and assumed this would be a fairly hassle free situation based off our experiences in the past. My car was transferred from the Fayetteville location to here and when the vehicle arrived there, we were given no phone call regarding the call. I had to call up there myself in order to be able determine whether my car made it safely or not. I knew a friend who had their car taken to a separate collision center and had their estimate up and going in no time. Whereas I had to keep checking on mine due to not having any updates throughout the process. By the time I received my estimate, they had deemed it a total loss. I decline the payout and went to pick up my car. This is when the real nightmare started. It seems as tho this location chose to notate and add into the estimate, every little imperfection on the vehicle, including existing damage that wasn't even remotely pertaining to the head on collision. I never received an itemized estimate, but after seeing what they notated during the visual inspection, I can only imagine what they put on the estimate to get it up that high. When I went to actually pickup my car, I noticed various damage that was not there prior. I had taken pictures before the tow truck picked it up and any reputable shop would also do their inspection photos the second they get the car. One of the bigger issues I noticed was a massive dent to the top of the roof. Which could only be explained but either a bodyman leaning a heavy part on it, setting it on top or having dropped something on there. When I confronted them about the issue, they said they had no idea. When asked to see the photos, it showed it clear as day that there was no prior damage. Which was ironic considering they first tried blaming the tow truck driver or the previous caliber, very cowardly way out of the situation. I had to pry and pry until they looked into the situation versus them doing it themselves. Eventually they told me they would look into the issues and contact somebody to check cameras, but nothing came of it. This was on Friday, and we are now on Thursday of next week. I have them a chance before contacting their districts manager and or corporate. And nothing. I would recommended nobody in their right mind bring their car to this location. Caliber collision as a whole is fantastic, but this specific location needs to be shut down or borough under new management because this is unacceptable and an absolute joke to body shops all around read more

It took them awfully long time to complete the job. Was done almost one month later than the original estimation date! Last.time when I got my car done from Memphis Caliber Collision, my experience was totally different! They were amazing!!! read more

Actually calling right now to get an update on my car that's already two weeks late. I've called 5 times so far and hour after they opened and no one is answering the phone also they're trying to find all these extra issues but crazy thing is when they answer the phone they don't know anything about my car I mean no one in there has been able to tell me anything about my car two weeks later. read more

I've never dealt with such an unprofessional shop in my life! I would highly recommend you take your car to another location. I dropped my car off on July 11 and was given an estimated completion date of July 19, 2019. That date was pushed back three times. When I go to the shop on July 24, there's scratches that were not previously on my car and I did not get an apology or any communication explaining why the car was not checked properly before I wasted two hours picking it up. In conclusion, do NOT waste your money or your insurance company's money at a shop that doesn't have the decency to do quality checks, communicate, or apologize for their faults. read more

They did a really good job repairing our minivan. The repair was done faster than we expected, and it was an excellent repair job. We were kept advised every day by phone or text concerning the status of our repair. Also the car was returned in very clean condition, both inside and out. read more

I received a call on Monday January 27th at around 2pm after I spoke with my insurance company to find out that the actual appraisal on my vehicle was received '8 days' after Caliber Collision had my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off on Jan 14th, but my insurance company discovered that they didn't receive any appraisal from Caliber until 8 days later on Wednesday January 22nd. So it looks like my vehicle, which they claimed to have started on the day I dropped it off; was sitting there for at least a week before they did anything to it. But I was told on Friday January 24th it would be completed on Monday Jan 27. After I spoke to my insurance company about the long delay and repeated moving of the deadline they discovered how long it took to get an appraisal coming to the same conclusion as myself that my vehicle was sitting there at Caliber over a week before they actually started on it. I was specifically told they would start on my vehicle that day. In fact I asked if I needed to bring my vehicle back at a later time and they specifically said no. So after Russell Morris; the service advisor called me on Monday after I spoke to my insurance company he told me he would call me before 2pm on Tuesday January 28th. He did not call. I finally called Caliber at 5.15pm to ask to speak to him. Naomi answered the call and forwarded it to him. This time I was told that the vehicle needed to be taken to Marietta in the morning to get the ADAS system checked and the car properly calibrated. Now I'm not disputing these things should be done of course, but we are on Day 16. We are well past 2 weeks. In addition to this he asked me if I knew where the headlights were purchased because they were after market. I started thiking to myself. They have had my vehicle for over 2 weeks. This area was where the primary damage was. How are they just asking this information on Day 16 of having my vehicles? This just reinforces to me that they just weren't working on my vehicle at all for an extended amount of time. That it was just sitting there. The more time they have the vehicle I'm sure the more money they make from labor hours. All of the people I have spoken to have been very nice, but the service has not been at all. I don't have any stars. Tomorrow will make day 17. I will keep you updated on whether I will have my vehicle tomorrow. I'm not confident that this is going to happen at all.
