Kim Nichols came out and was a very warm and friendly personality. She was incredible every step of the way with answering all of our questions and ensuring we felt heard throughout the process. The entire staff was very friendly with us and our middle school aged sons. Repeatedly checking in to make sure they were loaded up on snacks and drinks. Although we were there for several hours (which is par for the course with buying), it felt like a nice visit to a family member's house. Was as pleasurable as a car buying experience could be. I addressed this with the two drivers who were very nonchalant. The truck was on the same side of my yard which recently had $2,000 worth of plumbing repair less than 2 months ago. I spoke with one on the men regarding the damage. He acknowledged and claimed ownership of the damages; however he did not provide me with his name nor any contact information. The truck became stuck in my yard during the pick up. After, the truck was able to gain traction, the drivers fled the scene. A police report has been filed for documentation purposes. I trust that this matter will be handled professionally and in a timely manner. I am following up with you regarding damages to my property. Thus far, there have been no responses to my recent emails nor texts from you regarding trespassing on my property and the damages to my property. The lack of professionalism and accountability is very shocking.

Appreciated the referral and csn honestly state that I nevet felt as if I was being taken advantage of by Fontaine's. Have been going for many years and appreciate the genuineness displayed by Darren.He has had some really good employees also; Chris comes to mind. Not only does he service vehicles with a smile, but he also takes the time to point out any discrepancies and whether it needs to be addressed immediately. Long story short; I thought i'd be spiffy and do a little somethin' somethin' to my engine myself. You know the typical, change the air filter, top off the fluids, check the wires, clean the battery, put 2 qts of oil in the engine when the oil was already full. NO SHE DIDN'T!!!! YES I DID. Yep, I put oil where there was no oil needed and low and behold I start driving and the exhaust is smoking and the car is having problems accelerating. I don't technically consider myself a girly girl but at this point I became a girly girl. I freaked. I thought I had done well. I know about cars. I could do this right? Wrong!! ........ I decided i'm going to make it to the service station I could get to. I don't care if I have to be back at work. I must find out what i've done wrong. I'm driving and apologizing to the guy on the bike behind me being blinded by my smokey mcsmoke smokin' car. I pull into jiffy lube. They are oblivious as to what the problem could be. Really? Are you serious? You have no idea what could cause this? Why did they hire you? Seriously. Lucky enough the guy was sweet and smart enough to point me in the direction of F.S.C. I pull in and in all honesty I waited like 2 1/2 hours for Darren to get to my car but I didn't mind because he was super friendly and knew right away what was wrong. I over filled my oil. How did I know my car takes 3-4 qts and I put 2 in there on top of what was already in there. I thought better safe than sorry, but not in the case. What I like about this place is that business is really good here which to me says somebody is doing something right. Not to mention everyone that came in to get serviced or drop their cars off knew the service tech, Darren, by his name and I saw one lady bring him a cake and another brought him cashews because apparently those are his favorite. What is this guy doing, selling crack? Nope. Once he was able to get to my car he was very thorough in explaining to me what was wrong with my car, what I had done and how it affected my car, and he also pointed out other things in my car that I was curious about. (Note: This is how you learn how to work on your own car or atleast do the little things that can save you alot of money. Most people don't even know where the air filter is. Why would I pay someone $15 for a $3 air filter I can put in myself) Point being this place is a little shop attached to a Texaco gas station in Mableton on Floyd rd. I would have never thought in a million years I would let someone who worked at a service station attached to a gas station even touch my car but I was pleasantly surprised. Darren was super friendly, very knowledgable about all makes and models of cars from what I saw, and the prices were very reasonable. $20 for an oil change, $40 for a tune up, etc etc. I don't think they deal with major issues but they definitely do things like the oil change, brakes, radiators, and so on. I can't believe i'm saying this but I would totally check this service station out if you're in the area and looking to get something done to your car. The place looks a little sketchy but the service and customer service totally make up for it.
