12/10 customer service!! I took my car to caliber on Sunshine blvd in order to get my vehicle inspected for insurance purposes after I had encountered front driver side impact. I was blown away by their outstanding customer service. They kept in touch through the whole inspection and helped explain the process of what I should expect to deal with in the next few days with no car to ensure my ducks were in a row for insurance and all it's hassle. I spoke with a gentleman named Cody and a women Named LuLu (hope I spelled that correct) and they were life savers answering the phone when I needed in order to set a time and date to fill paperwork out and come get my belongings from the vehicle. Cody even took time out of busy schedule to help me carry my belongings out of the vehicle seeing as there was a bit of stuff left inside. I don't have hands free or phone time on break at work and if it wasn't for them and their quick and accurate responses I wouldn't have got things taken care of near as fast in order to get my payment for the car, of which was unfortunately was totaled. They really saved my skin fitting me in, especially with my several changes of dates and times via phone call to come in and fill out paperwork etc. They got me back on the road as soon as possible. They made getting their schedule to line up with mine and vise versa as easy as possible, and that is an accomplishment and favor from them I owe a BIG thank you for. Thanks to Cody and LuLu I could sift through the rest of this hassle with ease. Thank you guys so much! read more

I had an accident and my auto insurance contacted Enterprise and Caliber Collision for me. Both Caliber Collision and Enterprise contacted me within an hour of my reported accident. Caliber Collision was so very nice and explained everything. Everyone was nice, professional and friendly. The gentleman I dealt with let me know I could even leave the rental car at the repair shop and drive away in my repaired car. The repair job was great and my car looked new. I have used Caliber Collision before and they have always be really great to deal with. Brenda read more

I have always been a fan of Caliber Collision in many locations (except the one in Cape Coral, they're the worst ever) because I constantly seem to have issues with road debris, animals jumping in front of me, snow birds rear ending me, etc. This Caliber did an amazing job on repairing my car. My car was only a few months old, so I was nervous about getting body work done, but they did a job that brought it back looking exactly as it did, with perfectly matched paint and everything. Cody was the representative that worked with me and his communication and customer service is the best customer service I've ever received at any body shop. I have to say I could not be more satisfied with the final product and I am extremely grateful for the positive customer service experience. While I hope I never have a need to return (even though the likelihood is high because Florida is Florida), I will definitely select them as my first choice whenever I need any auto body work completed for me and my family. read more

Caliber Collision is amazing! When I received my car after the auto body work, it looked as if I drove it off a dealership lot. A huge thanks to Cody. A service advisor who is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He kept me updated on the status of car. Cody. Thank you. --James Gentry read more

The one at North Fort Myers has no idea how to balance and align wheels on a Subaru. The first time they only did the right side so I took it back. It was done so poorly that my car was all over the road and another accident ensued. Then I took it to Lehigh Acres. They did great on getting a proper alignment, but they totally ignored the huge scratches on my front right quarter panel! Today I was in a local business and a dude wearing a Caliber Collision work shirt interrupted me and proceeded to order me around. Unbelievable! Would not recommend! read more

BEST customer service I've ever seen in a collision center. They make you feel welcomed and appreciated. I turned in my car to get it fixed and they even fixed it days before the given time frame. Great staff, great service. Very much recommended! read more

My car looks perfect, work is guaranteed, and considering that parts are still difficult to get my car was fixed in a timely matter. I also experienced the finest customer service. Tammy and Mike were helpful and very reassuring. Every time I called to check to see if my car was done, Tammy talked to me like we were old friends. Thank you Geico for your referral. My first time involving a car collision and so I was really nervous about having to choose a body shop. I had heard from a few friends about Caliber and the high-quality work they provide. I can say, I was not disappointed. I spoke with Jesse Stanton who assured me that the work would be done perfectly and in a timely manner. His communication throughout the process made me feel 100% confident that I picked the right facility to fix my BMW. Jesse is extremely professional and informative. The car looks PERFECT!!!! If I could give Caliber 100 Stars. I would! Highly recommend! read more

Our car was sideswiped and the person's insurance referred us to Caliber Collision in Lehigh. We live in Gateway, so it was convenient, but we were hesitant because we didn't get to pick it ourselves. But once we met estimator Justin Redman, who gave us a cost and a timeframe, we had nothing but great service and good communication. Our car was actually finished 2 days earlier than we expected, and it looks great. We would definitely use Caliber Collision on Sunshine Blvd. in Lehigh again. Thanks, guys! read more

awesome service, friendly and knowledgeable staff can't say enough about the positive experience

Great Place To get body work done. The service was outstanding and i would totally come back.

Went for an estimate in my vehicle. Mike was very rude and refused because I was going through insurance. He said he would not give an estimate. Take your business elsewhere, they are much more helpful and have a better attitude toward paying customers. read more

We had an accident and needed a place to get the car fixed. We heard about this place very positively from friends, so we took the risk. The ladies at the office have been very comforting after still being in shock after the accident. The next hours and days have been a very pleasurable experience. Phone calls to inform us about the state of repair. Always friendly, when we stopped by. And guess what: the car was fixed in a very professional and satisfying way ahead of the time. Thank you. read more

I used to drive a big SUV but now I have a car that's its way low to the ground. Chrysler 300s. Love that car. But I haven't had it that long and I got real close to a curb. Well that curb grabbed ahold of my front spoiler and broke some stuff loose from under the car. Look like a spoiler and a something that protects the bottom of the engine compartment from getting water and stuff in it. Anyway I called caliper they told me to bring it in, I went I checked in at 8 and I waited for about 15 minutes. The man comes in and says you're done. I said what? He said yes I'm finished. I think you're kidding me. He said no we're done. I had a Yukon that was involved in an accident which they were repaired for me a while back. So I know they do good work. But these guys are awesome and go above and beyond and I highly recommend them to anyone. I can't say enough good things about them like I said they did a great job on my Yukon and now they've done a great job on my 300 I've never been happier. read more

These guys are GREAT. My car was done on time, as promised, and looked like new - great work. I was having trouble making it to their location before they closed, but the manager Kevin agreed to wait for me. It was only a 15-minute difference but it meant the world to me because I was able to get my car back sooner and he was really kind about it - no problem at all. Their location is clean, professional, and they have a popcorn machine when you walk in....REALLY good popcorn - just a nice touch I wasn't expecting. Yummy. I would definitely recommend them! :) read more

Fantastic place! My wife and I had to drop her brand new 2016 Mustang off due to her bumper getting damaged for a collision. When we got there, everyone greeted us and offered to get us any water or complimentary popcorn. After the inspection, we handed the keys over and they got right to work. In just two days they called us and said the car was ready for pick up. My wife and were shocked that it was so FAST! We went there to pick it up and it was looking better than it was when we first got it. It was detailed, clean, and absolutely back in perfect condition. This was by far the best service we have experienced! read more

Car was done in only a couple days and did a great job on the repair, very hard to find good skilled work. Found this place to be very good
