I had a problem with my vehicle. I took it to Caliber on North Telshor and they took a look at it and had it fixed within an hour. I have used them previously for other repairs in the past and will continue to use them. They are EXCELLENT!!! Thank you read more

My truck was taken to the location on Telshor and then transferred to El Paso. No one communicated this with me. When I called to see how repairs were going they struggled to figure out where my truck was. El Paso was horrible with communication too. It was a full time job trying to get my truck back calling these people and my horrible Travelers insurance. Never again Caliber and leaving Travelers Insurance. read more

I brought car in for a simple repair, rock hit the front and made paint chip off. When I got my car back I noticed that the front side corner panel wasn't properly clipped back in place and driver side front panel wasn't allied correctly with the hood. Took the car back and was told by the lady manager, dressed like she was going clubing, told me I was wrong and they would snap the clip back correctly. Then she proceeded to tell me I hit something to cause this, and that the other side was allied correctly. Repeatedly telling me it was my fault and that they will only snap the clip in place. must have told me this 10 times and was rude about it. Well, a retread tire hit my front corner passenger side on the freeway and I took it someplace else. First thing the person notices the unalgined drivers corner side panel. Said it is easy fix, just a clip underneath. Don't take your car here. New place also said they do horrible work. read more

My car was undriveable from October to May tying us into a legal expense in addition. Choosing them is the second most expensive mistake I've ever made in my life (upper tens of thousands), undoubtedly. Choosing this establishment to work on my vehicle was a mistake. We will be recuperating for years due to our decision to trust them and after consistently bringing business. They claim to respect our veterans, which I find laughable. I strongly advise conducting thorough research on body shops, inquiring about others' experiences, and listening attentively. Update to response: you bet you missed the market. Our insurance company too. This was a "No Fault" accident caused by someone else. We paid out of pocket for someone else to fix it, clearly see the negligence on your part and am now eating a 41k balance since the car was charged off during your shenanigans. As a business owner, I will never refer you or my insurance company to anyone ever again. From now on it's ABC Paint and body, where locals are treated like customers and are local. Hard working people don't deserve what you people stand for. read more

the worst. they do not communicate. had 2 cars broken into the ignitions were severely damaged. one car could not. read the FOB module and they told the insurance that all the damages was nit related to the break in . so now we have a car that windows do not go down, car does not lock, the lights do not go off .. no alarm system I have been fighting with them over and over to go in the Kia web site or just call Kia . State Farm suggested them . now I will have to go to Kia and pay to get my Car fixed after already paying out a $500 for my deductible. I should of had my cars taken to the dealership . read more

My Automobile was involved in an accident, and I was recommended by State Farm that Caliber would do the repair to the front bumper. I couldn't get an appointment for 7 weeks, which I waited like patience on a monument. I have a Toyota Camry 2005 with 58,000 miles. My mom owned the car, and it's In wonderful shape. I get a phone call from Caliber, stating that they wouldn't do the repair due to previous repair work done that they deemed shoddy. I took the car to another the repair shop, and they told me that they'd do the repair for the price that Caliber quoted. I'm very suspicious that Caliber didn't want to do the work due to the estimate being $1200.00, and that wasn't going to be worth their while economically. They're a corporate operation, and that might be a policy that is company wide, but to keep me waiting all those weeks makes me angry. L read more

Have had my car a month. Third time they are trying to fix the same problem. Feel like my car is going to be worse than when I took it in. No consistent communication on what's going on. Don't know when Ill get the car back??? read more

We recently received repair on our SUV due to a collision. We were worried that the repairs would be costly and take an extended amount of time in which we need our vehicle for work. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that enterprise rental was located in the same place as Caliber. Everyone at Caliber helped take care of all details for us and our service was done by professionals. There is no indication that our vehicle was ever involved in any accident. It looks as good as new! Thank you for your help! read more

Great service. Gmc looks great. Quality, timely repairs, professional service. Kept me inform all along. Thank you

Keeping me informed every step of the way and I really appreciate that.

Poor customer service and no communication. Joel the manager very rude. We have used this location for 20 years and things have changed.

Really amazing service! Had my truck ready only a few days after I left it--cleaned inside and out to boot! The staff is friendly and informative, the communications are timely, and everything about it was quick and easy! read more

GREAT Professional operation: From the 2 ladies at reception to the inspector, and finally the repairs performed: everything was perfect, no hassle, and no wasted time. Couldn't have wished for a better experience on fixing my 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid! Thanks Caliber! read more

This place is a joke!!! I would give it 0 stars if I could. I got rear ended and they gave me a quote for aftermarket parts due to (insurance). I talked with State Farm who agreed Subaru parts are what I deserved so they approved it. I then got a phone call from Caliber Collision saying that my standards of getting my car fixed were too high for them and they couldnt help me. I expect my car to be fixed and the parts they have painted to be similar in color ( subaru orange). Wow you should not be in business if you can't simply do that! read more

My car was hit in the parking lot while I was at work, discovered the damage as soon as I got off shift. Big dent in the bumper of my brand new Bronco! Caliber Collision was easy to communicate with and well-organized. They even finished the repair a day early. Staff was always friendly and professional. read more

They suck can do the job right. Manager asked me how to fix it cause they don't know how. Take ur car somewhere else. They just want it money. They had my car around 6 time and couldn't get it right the manager is rude and not a people person. Beware don't let them fool you. read more

Robert and Jovanni are, as always, very helpful and professional. When the team opened the part to replace on my car, it was damaged. Robert called me right away to tell me that the new part was on the way. The job was finished within the original time estimate...gotta love that! No long wait time either trip to the shop. Good people, good service, good job. read more

I would not recommend Caliber to anyone I like (even a little). I had my Jeep repaired here after hitting a large bird and it was a painful frustrating process. While they were friendly, management of my repair was sloppy and they were more interested in up-selling me the right parts than working with my insurance company to get them. They ordered an aftermarket windshield that didn't match OEM but offered to sell me OEM for an extra $130. I had to call the insurance company (who told me that the shop should be calling) and then Caliber, to get the correct windshield ordered. My insurance covered OEM but Caliber's "process" was to try to get me to pay unless I asked them to call for insurance approval. This all led to several days of delay in getting my Jeep back (and extra rental car costs). When I arrived to pick up my Jeep, there were flaws in the paint and the dashboard was improperly assembled. They fixed the paint (it came out looking really good) but blamed the dash on a previous stereo install. I can't prove that isn't true, but the dash sure went together a lot better and looked a lot nicer before they had at it. They also got some chalky substance all over the inside of my soft top and didn't clean it. I raised my concerns with the manager and he listened politely before making no effort to do anything to make it right. If you have high levels of patience, are in no hurry, and don't mind doing some unneeded legwork, these guys can do a decent job of fixing your car. If these aren't you, I strongly recommend taking your car elsewhere. read more

My repair took six weeks, much too long, and required repeat visits for corrections. First, driving at night a few days after receiving car, I was stopped and informed by police that my tail lights did not work. Kindly, he let me go home without a ticket. Second, again at night, I found that my headlights were aimed too low. Returned for correction, they were aimed too high. Returned, they are finally OK. Learned that the shop has no proper method for aiming headlights -- took my car in daylight off to the side of the building! Third, when it finally rained, I found my windshield wipers did not work -- still don't -- waiting for a competent repair at next servicing. John P. Bloom read more

Caliber did a great repair on our Toyota Sienna, they took care of everything with our insurance. Tony keep us update on what was going on with our vehicle. They did a repair on our Honda Pilot several years ago and did a excellent job, so that's why we want back to them for this repair cause we knew they'd would make my car look beautiful again. They also have rental car service in the building, a add bonus. Thanks Caliber, Grace read more

We took our 2010 Chevy Equinox in for an estimate on 16 Aug 2017. Giovanna, the admin assistant set our appt up and had all our info at the ready when we went in. Our service advisor, Lee Gerstenberger, looked at the care, took pictures, explained their procedure and gave us a preliminary estimate, which to us was reasonable. We authorized the work and for parts to be ordered. We were called the following week that the parts arrived...we brought our vehicle in 22 August...we did ask for pin stripping and auto detail, which were a few extra dollars! Lee kept us informed every step of the way so there were no surprises. Picked up our care on 29 Aug as promised. It looke better than in 2013 when we bought it..used! They even gave me a ride to/from their facility since my husband could not drive our second car due to a recent hospitalization. We want to thank alll of you so much, Giovanna, Lee, and Preston, our very polite and personable driver. And of course, the technicians in the shop who worked on our vehicle and returned it to us in better condition than when it arrived! Thank you all so much.....a great example of efficient and competent teamwork. We recommend Caliber to everyone!!! And are very satisfied. read more

This Caliber Collision location is a joke. If you'd like to mess around with warranty work, and having to bring your car back to get fixed a second and third time, this place is for you. Also, if you're looking to have your car in their shop longer than promised, you might want to bring your car here, too. read more

Although my car had only minor damage to my grill and bumper they were ahead of schedule and the job was done correctly. No issues and it looks great. Caliber has fixed my auto twice now (The first time was hail damage) and I have no complaints. read more

A Joke is being kind. Total lack of Customer Service that wants you to make an appointment a week in advance to get an appraisal. If that's the case, you have to wonder how long they will take to do the repairs, or if an appointment will be required to pick your vehicle up. Is that how the big boys do it now? NOT ON MY WATCH, I'll stay with the better local shops. read more

I was very satisfied with the work completed by Caliber Collision. My truck looks great, the service writer keep me up to date and the technicians returned my truck in great condition. We drove our vehicle in for repair on Sept, 2015. After many "you car is ready" false alarms, we finally had enough. Instead of fixing the issue, they made it worse and even damaged the vehicle further!! We removed the vehicle in Dec 2015 from the shop and had to tow it another body shop (Not a Caliber Collision shop) in nearby El Paso. After they repaired the damaged cause by Caliber Collision, we got our vehicle back in Jan 2016. While our vehicle was at the Caliber Collision Las Cruces, Every time I went in thinking I was picking up my vehicle only to have to express my dissatisfaction, I got looks from the employees back in the shop as if I was in the wrong. Todd, the manager, has no control over this shop. I was not the only one, as they wait to the end of the day to have you come in and pick up the vehicle. Well news flash caliber, this leaves you with a lobby full of unhappy people. At one point there were three "families" in the who was called in to pick up their vehicle only find find out it was not ready! I witnessed another adjuster tell an "elderly" couple who also expressed their dissatisfaction of how the repairs was taking longer than expected. The adjuster response was cold and unapologetic, but rather made them fell wrong for expressing their dissatisfaction. In the end, the regional manager got involved in my case. Although he was more receptive, it was too little too late for Caliber Collision. Terrible work! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO CALIBER COLLISION LAS CRUCES! But don't just take my word, asked around I know I am not the only one who has had this terrible experience from Caliber Collision Las Cruces. read more

Nicole at the front desk is extremely rude. I scheduled my appointment on Friday. I came in today on Thursday and I was not in the system. It was Nicole who I spoke with on Friday and she seemed upset that j was here. I stood for 15 minutes and she said very sarcastically that I can sit down. The customer in front of me she offered her a water but because she was upset did not offer me a beverage. Very unprofessional customer service I will not be returning.
