I drove to Finchum's and Mark was a life-saver! He quickly assessed what I needed and ordered me the part, which arrived the next day. It was a quicker, easy repair so they were able to fix my car for me before I needed to return home. They even fixed another minor problem I had. Take note, they could have lied and told me I had to buy a whole new bumper, but they didn't. Instead they used their expertise to rectify the problem and save me hundreds of dollars! Now that is ethical!! A quality not found real often anymore. Mark and the body shop technician were wonderful! Both were professional, kind, honest and went above and beyond to help me out!
