Geico recommended Caliber. But after repair, my Honda Ridgeline 2023 stopped on the New Jersey Turnpike. I towed the vehicle to Honda in New Jersey. Honda said the computer needed calibration after the accident. I took receipt stating that fact to Caliber. Wil promised he will send to insurance or Caliber will pay. it has been since April and William is not answering or returning any calls. Caliber also did not paint the vehicle properly. I had to take it back for missing parts and the paint buffed. Still does not look like the factory paint. I should have gone to Honda like I usually do. read more

I took my vehicle to be repaired due to being hit on my driver's side, as this was where my insurance told me to take the car. After picking up the car I noticed the driver's side mirror glass had been replaced with glass that was very distorted (think fun house mirror). I called and they said bring the vehicle back (after some arguing with the lady who answered the phone). They put another piece of glass on, and it was the same problem. Now, several months later, I have not been able to get a resolution. When I call, the person who answers the phone tells they won't fix the issue, that I need to take it up with the insurance: or that they never touched the mirror. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that I can't. Again, several months of back and forth with no resolution. Whoever answers the phones for the Orlando location on Orange Blossom Trail should be fired, as this has been one of the absolute worst customer service interactions I've had in decades. Just make the issue right, it was bad workmanship, or a bad product, which either way should have been easily noticed if there was any quality control of the work done. read more

So, its been over a year waiting for the bottom grill, and of course, the headlight to be fixed. Called them and oh, they know nothing about this. Says its a different manager blah blah. USAA paid for them to fix the car and they did NOT fully repair. The headlight still swong out, and the daytime light didn't work day or night because they never fixed it...yet got 1095$ from USAA for that headlight. I called USAA so they could hopefully get their money back that was basically stolen from them. I traded in the car at a loss because I work at night and really had a hard time trying to see the road. I would NEVER use them ever again. They are rip offs...really over a year and still no bottom grill..BS,they kept that money. read more

These guys were honest and genuine with how they handled my visit. I had a badly damaged rear window with body damage, and although they were capable of handling the damage, I basically just wanted a bandaid of a fix with minimal down time for my vehicle to be repaired. (Lots of travel) Anyway, they inspected the damage told me that they only do "by the book" repairs so that they can warranty their work. I respect this in a business and appreciated their honesty. They then pointed me in the direction of Safelite Autoglass right next door to them and said that perhaps they could help me out. Now I only have to wait an hour and a half to get my window fixed and at an affordable price. So not only did they treat me with respect, they gave business to another company at the benefit of me, the customer. These are the qualities that define a 5 star business in my opinion. So, although I can't speak for their work, I'd imagine they handle their repairs like their customers. With respect and quality care. Thanks guys! read more

Terrible experience. Took my car to get fixed and picked up my car with more damage that was not there before. After they fixed that... my car was picked up with burn marks in the interior console. Again not there before. It was bubbled up from whatever they did to my car. Unreal. The man who came out to assess my car did not introduce himself and he challenged me. So unprofessional. John Young, Kissimmee location. Definitely not happy with the $17,000 repair they did on my new truck. It took them around five weeks to do the initial repairs. When I picked my truck up the first time, there was additional damage done to it while being repaired. It went back about four times. Each time, things were either not fixed or they added more damage to the vehicle. It took an additional two months to finally get my truck looking like it did before the accident. I was told lies, in emails, and believe that they just do not care about their repairs. I have emails and pictures to back everything up. I definitely do NOT recommend them. read more

Great experience with both Caliber locations on John Young & OBT. They did a great job on my Bmw, it was repaired and looks just as it did when I first purchased it. Great communication and customer service. My vehicle was also completed before estimated although it had to be transported to different locations to Bmw Specialist. They delivered my vehicle to my home and even offered to return my rental. They even met with me again after I realized that I had left items in my rental. I traveled from CHICAGO, and had runned over some object. I had gotten an wheel alignment when I arrived at orlando, pep boys. Since my wheel alignment got cockeyed after this incident. So I was experiencing some swaying on my vehicle after the work performed by pep boys. I came across cal, collision. The facility manager his name is Bruce,with out even taking an look at my vehicle he said ,that just to take an look at my vehicle the cost would be about $200,give or take. I had dropped the vehículo on 09/17/2019. On Tuesday he said the vehículo had no problem when they test drived it, he was ranting that his shop mechanic name Benji,that he is the best. But they could not fix the swaying on my vehículo. I had gotten an rental for an couple of days, I stopped by caliber, yesterday afternoon , the reason being, because i had doubts about Bruce and caliber and with due reason .in true reality nobody worked on my vehicle, and I got an diagnostic fee , plus rental. That fee was $86.00 plus rental ,with extra insurance $45.00 x 2.so give or take I am out of approximately $200.0 for my vehículo ,sitting on the pavement.and while I was in his shop , I called Pep boys, since I have an guareente, and to see if they can tweak this alignment issue , and I can go about my way.bruce he said for me to take back my car to CHICAGO,and I looked at him , and I told him that the pepe boys I went to that it was in orlando not CHICAGO.these reviews are good to post.
