Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, convenience, and professionalism are getting harder to find these days. They saw it in the dark & could spot the poor job. They didn't even notice the body line was uneven until they touched it with their hand. They asked if we tried to DIY it at home & asked what was up with the paint job & made a joke that Stevie Wonder did the paint job. The absolutely could not believe I paid someone to do it. The literally deducted an extra $350 for the poor paint job. There was also no blackmail involved. Asking for a partial refund on a crappy job done that people are laughing at is completely reasonable. It is also completely reasonable to write a review on my experience with a company as a consumer to warn other people what they are getting themselves into when they hire someone.

The insurance company of the vehicle that hit me referred me to this shop. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I waited almost 3 weeks to get my car in, they had the car over a week and it wasn't ready on time. I got the car back with grease on the windshield, bumper and mirrors. Disgusting. That night I drive the vehicle and the high beam is aimed at the ground. I stop back and they adjust it. Now the high beam is correct and the low beam is aimed at the tree tops. They adjust it again so it blinds oncoming traffic. And for several weeks people flash their high beams at me at night. Finally they get a replacement light, and I come in to have the light replaced. They return the car to me, with warning lights on that I have lights out. I should have taken it to any other repair facility. They blame everyone else for everything, the dealer for the light, the grease they don't even address. Also, if I didn't make calls to follow up, I probably would never hear anything back. But hey... free coffee.
