Therefore, I agreed to assist even though I live a long way away. . Ryne set up a time for the estimate and got to it immediately when we arrived. He wrote out the initial work plan and set a date taking into account the time required to order the parts. I explained that I would be returning to the area for a short time specifically to drop off and pick up the car. While my timeline was shorter than they originally estimated the work would take, they were understanding and accommodated my need. Additionally, they worked with the insurance company even though ours wasn't one they often partner with. Though the price was negotiated a bit by the adjuster, the initial quote was a fair price in my opinion. A couple weeks later I returned to drop off the car. While working on it they saw that it needed a couple more parts than initially outlined. They got the parts in fast and completed the job very quickly. Ryne was great to work with and so were the two other people who work in the office. One took receipt of the vehicle and was very efficient so I could get on my way. The other checked me out when I picked up the car. She explained everything very clearly. Overall, the experience was superior to visits to other body shops (in another city) that I've made with my own vehicle over the years. Will definitely return to this shop if my relative ever needs more work on the car.

Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Now that we picked up our car we are beyond grateful they went above and beyond on our car.     BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!!!…read more My insurance made me go here for damage to back bumper, trunk. and leaking water into the trunk after the accident. I waited almost 2 months to get appt for repair. It was suppose to be done in a week. They had ordered wrong parts and it took almost a month for repair. I did not notice when I picked it up but there was a new bumper impact absorber in the backseat of the car. Within 1 week, I had a flat tire. There was a gallon of water in the spare tire well. The back up light was not working, the trunk was not aligned properly that had damaged the paint on the bumper. I immediately took it back. I had a call 2 days later that it was ready to pick up. They realigned the trunk lid . . . improperly again and worse than before. They did not fix the light, repair the paint, and said the water was related to a previous accident that was no where near the current damage. In addition, they had left trim parts off saying that the only way to keep the trunk dry was to leave that off. The trunk has remained dry since then but other problems remain. As far as the extra bumper impact absorber, when I dropped the car back off, the representative said they routinely wrapped it up and put it back in the customers car. I pointed out it had factory wrapping and a factory VW label on it and it was new. I don't know if it was replaced or not. The representative when I picked it up said they routinely ordered 2 of those to "Speed up the repair." Anyway, you can tell the representative was lying because his lips were moving. My trunk/bumper is still not right, I will be taking it to another shop for proper repair. As far as costs / value, there is no value in an improper repair that has to be fixed by another shop at my expense. Anyway, BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!!!

OVERALL Melinda's Grade: A In short: Give your money to a charity and set your car on fire... this will cause enlightenment, and JHCC will not be responsible for a vehicle, the insurance will replace the totaled, burned-out wreck. This is a much better option than trusting these incompetent people to act with the slightest inkling of professional grace, poise or ability. I collected my vehicle yesterday to the tune of ~$9000. I was referred to JHCC by the infinity dealer. I read the reviews and figured they would be ok. I WAS WRONG. 2. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP - Unless bad quality craftsmanship, workmanship and bad manners are OK. After the 8th or 9th excuse for the absolutely abhorrent job they did repairing my vehicle I lost my cool and said "Fix it right, I'll be back tomorrow." 3. THEY REFUSED TO COVER THE RENTAL CAR FOR ONE MORE DAY - CALLED ME TO SAY THIS. I didn't ask them to cover the car in the first place, this was volunteered. During this conversation I pointed out that they didn't apologize for any of the mistakes, or even admit they were mistakes. He (Will) was happy to remind me how he apologized profusely, not actually apologize. I lost my cool at this moment, on the phone, I yelled at the guy. I was so upset that I blew up. I am familiar with this tactic however, they use bad quality work and poor behavior to drive people to the point of frustration, and then when they do finally give in to the frustration, they take the moral high road. "Oh, if you are going to talk to me like that ..... etcetera." It is manipulative and they use it to cover their incompetence. I saw the grease in the front as soon as I got in, and, to be fair, they cleaned it when I said that. That was the only thing they were competent at. The painting was nice, blended well, I would give it a B+, although I believe they sent out for painting (this is speculation.) I can't prove it, but I think they sat in my car and watched the tv screens. There was grease in the front, middle row and back row. Some of the photos are in the back where the taillights were replaced and the quarter-panel was repaired.

    I always used to go to TCCC, and for years, I never had any major problems, UNTIL today! The…read moreminute, I drove out of the parking lot, after being hit 2 months ago, the truck was bonking/knocking, up front, along with missing clips in the body panels, radiator, etc., yet they charged me for all of it!! I then called them about it, so they called Miller Tire(their 'auto shop'), to make an appointment for me, to go get it looked at. Yet, instead I had a neutral 3rd party, diagnose it, before getting an appointment with TCCC, to get the body work, that had broken/overspray removed/ask them about the parts on the bill, still left broken. Even though, I was recording everything said today(3/25/2025, the day an employee asked me to be there), so they could get parts/fix the body panels at least, however the owner was very aggressive, and didn't finish fixing even the first problem, just because 'he wasn't angry at me, just his guys' x3-5, so after all that, he kept on with his finger pointed in my face, and after the owner realized, that I had taken my suv, to a neutral third party, and found out, they hadn't replaced Major parts at all, that were most certainly, on my invoices(refused to print/pics only)?! I was charged for these items! i wasn't yelling at them, then an attempt was made after they had fussed/tried to fix the body panel(broken/still broken with several issues, yet to be fixed, in addition ELSEWHERE), while bossman kept his argument up, as I admitted that I could have made a mistake, yet he persisted with threats, until I had literally turned to leave, the owner knew I was recording him, yet still threatened me with violence, all the way to my truck/through the window, in front of customers?! At long last, I received no help, and I've cross referenced the first invoice, in which I was NOT mistaken. Only after finding out, that I had done this, did the owner lose his control, after already pointing fingers in my face x4, I asked him not to, and boy, did he take it the wrong way, while I was taking the pictures of these unprintable invoices? He then said, that he wasn't going to be 'helping' me anymore, In other words, he was revoking the Lifetime Warranty, on all body work, only after he said he wasn't angry at me, several times, then ripped up my truck, and I'm left to put it back together. I'll still pray for them, but they say all that, as a selling point, locally. They are not part of the Better Business Bureau, they can dead your links to Carwise, but I have screenshots, videos, pictures, receipts, and a recording of everything said, including outside my truck! I would never recommend this place, to anyone else, especially if you have to do any major work. $8.6k plus all in, only to hear how my Toyota FJ, was hated there, bc the owner made a comment on my audio recording, after listening again, that very obviously, TCCC's owner, didn't even know the difference between a Toyota FJ-40, 80's model(personally biased), vs a Toyota FJ Cruiser(07'-14'), TRD Team Ed. My money is going somewhere else! 1 pentagram, only because there's not, a 0 rating!! Im taking my business/$$$, anywhere else!

    There are two major reasons why I'm leaving this review without actually having them do work on my…read morecar. First, the reason: their estimate was 4x what I was quoted by another body shop. Second, the communication. I explained the minimal amount of work I was wanting and yet my claim came with exorbitant labor hours, painting, etc.. on a salvage title car, no less. They may do excellent work and leave your car looking good as new. But they seem to want to get every penny on the table.
