I had to take my car there do to my insurance. I hit something in the road unavailability do to a homeless person throwing and having thing in the road. Which caused my front driver wheel to come off messing up the break, axel, front panel, and more. FOR some weird reason they had to replace my new battery in my car and my alternator. Which was working fine till the day I had to pick up my car. So they for "FREE" do so. Explaining how they had to replace them by moving the hose of my ac. So they fixed it. Have to remove and replace my AC freon hose (the hose still have a tag on it) and the freon. Which now isn't working. When asked about it. They have denied touching or working on anything doing with my AC. When I got my car back it was making so many sounds. When I pointed them out the manager Scott, he pretended like he couldn't hear any of them and when he did admit to hearing one of the 4 sounds he told me to go get a diagnostic. If they didn't do something they were supposed to he'd fix it. SO, I did and I gave him a list and the new invoice. Now they claim no fault. Then asked for pics to prove it and still declined to help or anything really. So now having to take my to another place to fix their mistakes that they will not take any accountable for. EVEN have to replace the old broken break parts they put back on, a mysterious hole in my ac air condenser, not bolting the bumper on properly and so much more. They will not take any fault for. I walked in having noticed the front door saying "by appointment only". All I wanted was an estimate so I walked in anyway. :) Stacey at the front greeted me immediately (which is rare these days and I always love when people still do this). I asked her if an appointment was necessary for estimates and though she said yes, she immediately walked me out to share the more efficient way - by scanning the QR code to get a much faster estimate. I just gave this place a 5 star about 2 days ago on their website for doing an awesome job. But... I had a pouch of coins on the driver's side. It was the one thing I forgot when I went in to leave my car for repairs. Today I go to reach for it so I can pay for parking, and of course it's empty. I'm not saying someone stole, but someone definitely took all the coins and left an empty pouch. It's not a lot of money, but that's not the point. If it doesn't belong to you, don't take it. read more

I took my car to Caliber when I got into an unfortunate accident. The office staff was helpful and friendly, but the work they did on my car was amazing I couldn't even tell it was in the shop. The turn around time was even better didn't have to wait long to get my car back. They definitely know what they are doing at caliber and I will be taking my car back if I ever need to. read more

Trash service all around! Insurance sent us here when I was run off the road. Said it'd be about 10 days and took over 2 months. Within 5 miles of driving, the main brake caliper bolt fell off damaging the shield. They were reluctant to fix it. They claimed to repair one rim and replace the other. The "replaced" rim was cracked. The techs are incompetent. Claiming jerking was due to suspension which was clearly my motor mounts(confirmed later). When I finalIy got my car back it was a danger to my family and I. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. There's clearly an agreement or contract between the insurance companies and they don't care about you. read more

Due to an accident, I needed to have my truck repaired. The insurance company recommended Caliber Collision, so I thought I would call around to other auto body repair shops, including the dealer to find out the timeline to have the repairs done. Caliber Collision was the shop who said they can get it done within a couple of weeks, much quicker than the others. It took 2 months and when I got my truck back the interior was filthy, the dash had white stains on it that did no wash off, when I applied the brake, my truck pulled to the right. I was told that I would get weekly updates, but that didn't happen either. I could surely take it back to have them fix it, but I don't want to loose my truck again and risk further stains or damage, instead I will take it to a reputable shop to correct Calibers mistakes. My gut feeling was to take my truck to the dealer, I should have went with my gut feeling. read more
