Remember m, this happened on a Sunday, when they usually are closed. Jordan gave us a loaner for a few day while we waited to speak with insurance adjusters. ,Both men were kind and helpful to us, trying to help us navigate a stressful situation. I get there and because its under warranty they were giving me a loaner of theirs but then they tell me I can't use it for work I couldn't take it out of state and I couldn't put very many miles on it. We'll that's just not going to work for someone like me who on average puts between 400-600 miles on a car per day sometimes more so keep in mind that if you need them to warranty anything dont expect to be able to go to work if you work out of state or need to put miles on a car their loaners are bullshit. I will say they did do a good job with the paint ( other then the color matching) and turn around was in a good timely matter but be sure to cheak and make sure your happy with their results before you leave or find someone else 2 stars for my experience with them for that

I was super disappointed to have taken time off of work to receive no help. Shortly after I called a different auto body shop where they were able to fit me in and help me get the details I need from the insurance company instead of pushing me away. My ease of mind was lifted, as any car accident can be stressful. Amanda was preemptive and sympathetic, calling Enterprise to coordinate a rental car for me. Jamie even helped me get to the rental car place and was knowledgeable and passionate about cars. These people love what they do! Brian helped me work with my insurance so I didn't have to coordinate or even sweat it. I only had to pay $250 out of pocket for a $3k repair. This is the best auto place I've ever used!! It had tiger stripes, orange peel, overspray, other issues I can't remember. It's been a few years. They actually had the audacity to tell me, you paid for a basic paint job not a superior paint job that's what you got. Interestingly enough I don't know a single body shop, mechanic shop or subway sandwich shop for that matter in the area that would say such a thing other than this place. I was given a discount for doing business with Marks sister Angela and having utilized her company for 10+ years but he most certainly took that away once I complained about the sub par workmanship at his shop. They repaired the things that were needing repair after a customer complained but I've would never return to this clown show facility again.
