Unresponsive and rude customer service. Took almost four months for my vehicle to be fixed when they stated it would two weeks to be fixed.

It was Independence Day - July 4th 2020. I was headed out of town with the whole family packed up…read morein the mini van starting out on a 10 hour road trip. Something is wrong. The van starts shaking itself to pieces. We limp back towards El Paso reaching out to any tire shop, auto shop, body shop ANYBODY that might be open on the holiday. Dozens and dozens of calls later we finally find Pronto! Tiffany is absolutely terrific and offers to have her mechanic return to the shop to test drive the vehicle. Javier is very friendly and we jump in the car. I don't think we went a quarter mile before he pinpointed the problem - it was crazy. He knew what he was looking for before he even opened the door to go look for it. He then proceeded to crawl around until he had found a difficult to see bulge in the tire tread where the radial metal was coming apart below the rubber. We returned to the shop where he moved three vehicles out of the way to help me move my vehicle into the shop and then proceeded to put on a spare. He was very fast, efficient and super nice. Tiffany refused to take any $$. They gave that hour away for free and didn't charge me a cent! These are great people El Paso! The best. Make sure you support them.

Tiffany and her crew are experienced, and knowledgeable. They kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs and dealt with the insurance company to get the work done in a timely manner. Ladies if you're worried about how men take advantage of women when it comes to car stuff, that won't happen here. Woman owned and Tiffany takes care of everyone. My truck came back looking as if nothing happened.

These people SUCK!! They give you the run around, come up with all kinds of excuses, and don't…read moredeliver on their promises. I'v taken my car back SIX TIMES and was told each time that the programmer didn't program my sensor correctly. Well, maybe it's time to find a new programmer. I spoke to the manager before I dropped my car off the last time and he told me that he was going to call my insurance company to see if he could get permission to take my car to the dealership so the job would be done correctly. I should have known something was up when the manager always mentioned the "agency" that my car was dropped off at, he never mentioned the dealership at all!! When I picked up my car after I was informed that my AEB sensor was (supposedly) taken care of my car was coincidentally parked in the same spot that it was when I dropped it off so who knows if my car was even taken to the other agency! Right now at this point if anyone from SAC told me that the sky was blue, I would have to go outside and double check just to make sure!

During that time I was given a loaner vehicle that was very old and in poor condition. I informed them three weeks in advance that the inspection sticker on the loaner car was about to expire. Despite several phone calls, no one seemed to know anything about it or take responsibility. Eventually I had to take time off work to get the loaner car inspected. Even more concerning, I continued to drive the loaner vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. After weeks of delays and poor communication, I finally decided to pick up my car and return their loaner. Overall, the lack of communication, responsibility, and customer service was extremely frustrating. Do not recommend at all.
