I don't usually leave reviews this long, but this one is well deserved. After a pretty significant amount of damage to my car, I was referred to this location by Progressive--and I'm so glad I listened. While the repair process took a few weeks (which I learned is totally normal given the extent of the work), every step of the way was handled with professionalism and care. Samantha was phenomenal. Her communication was next level--always responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful with every question I had. She truly went above and beyond, not only making sure the repairs were flawless, but also restoring the exterior and interior of my car to a condition that felt 1000x better than when I brought it in. Topping off my oil, leaving a full tank of gas, and cleaning and vacuuming out the inside of my car was not a part of the service (only the exterior passenger side headlight), but she and the team did it anyway. Do you know those little things are so rare to find in a car service company? I mean the sweetest people ever! I am truly blessed. Even though I drove nearly an hour each way through traffic, I would do it all over again just for the peace of mind of knowing my car was in capable, trustworthy hands. and I was skeptical at first because I don't have much trust for any car repair company just because of the amount of burned experiences I've went through. Huge thanks to Samantha and the entire team--and to Progressive (my car insurance) for the recommendation. I couldn't be more grateful. 10/10 experience PS if you do not have full coverage, you are losing at life ! Pay the extra premium and make sure that car rental is a part of the monthly fee/contract. I had work done on my car at the Buckhead location less than a year ago. Recently, I noticed the front and back bumpers starting to separate so I took it to this Douglasville location. Not only did they fix it, they also handled the rental and provided me with text messages to keep me informed on progress daily. I'm grtaeful for this location! I brought my car to Caliber Collision a month and 2 days after my car was rear ended in October because they couldn't take it till then. I was able to drive it the whole time after the wreck with no problems. My dented trunk bumper guard just needed to be fix. Now the insurance is staying its deemed a total loss and with I had to clean out my vehicle, Caliber Collision ruined it. they removed the rearview camera, rear tail lights, and the vehicle symbol along with the wording. They also damaged the interior of my vehicle by pulling out the door seams and broke my passenger side minor. None of that was damage prior. I knew every dent and mark on my vehicle and when cleaning it out, it was as if it was already being scrapped for parts. I still have my title and haven't turned it over to the insurance people yet - but it's as if they worked with the insurance company to deem it a total loss. I had the emissions done due to birthday coming up, 2 rear tires changed due to getting a flat going to work within that month of waiting to bring it to the body shop, and an oil change. They destroyed my perfectly good conditioned car minus the trunk. The accident wasn't my fault and yet, I'm losing my good car. All I wanted was it to be fixed - NOT DESTROYED for the insurance to deem it as a total loss. read more

I was recently in a car accident and chose Caliber through my insurance. Not only were they extremely professional, but they fixed my car way faster than I expected, and the staff was such a pleasure to work with! Hopefully I won't ever have to use them again, but if I do, I will chose them with no hesitation!! read more

So, I had a very minor body repair scheduled. My vehicle was estimated to be kept 2-3 days. Was set up a month ago. I called the morning I am supposed to bring my truck in and everything is a go, etc. I get there and they say they will need to keep my vehicle at least 30 days. I tell them no way, of course! This whole operation looks shoddy, like a salvage yard. There is no way I'd leave my new $75k vehicle here for 30 days. My insurance company had arranged a rental for these 2 or 3 days, but no way they would pay for a rental for 30 days. So I've dealt with collision centers a couple of times, but this was beyond the pale unprofessional. If your insurance company points you towards these people, you should run like hell. I'm only giving them 1 star because I don't know how to give less! read more

Caliber has got to do better! We started the process of repairing my truck. They gave my insurance company an estimated amount the insurance company sent the check and the repairs were scheduled. When they got my truck the entire shop had Covid which is understandable. So my repairs were delayed. When they finally got staff back into the shop they changed the rates which delayed the repairs more. I decided not to have my repairs done with Caliber due to all of the delays. They had to send the check back to the insurance company which was back in Jan 2022 til date 3/23/22 my ins company still have not received the check back which has inconvenienced me even more because now I can't get my truck repaired anywhere until the insurance company receives the check. When I called for Chara the regional manager I do not get a return call and when I call the shop I don't get an answer. So now I'm stuck which sucks. read more

I contacted Caliber because they were an authorized repair center for my insurance company. I was not at fault in the accident, but my insurance company was supervising my repair. When I called to make an appointment, I was told to bring it in on 12/21/2020. The person who made the appointment assured me it would be ready before Christmas. When I brought it it, I was told that it would be 1/4/2021 and that the person who made the appointment should not have told me it would be ready before Christmas. January 4 came and went, and I was told it would be January 11. On January 11, I was told it would be January 13. When I went to get my car, they had not replaced the damaged wheel as they said they would. I was told it wasn't available, so they just repaired it. The damaged sliding door was replaced with a salvage door. The replaced door looked ok, except the rubber bumpers were weather-worn and falling apart. When I complained to the manager, they made new ones. Then I discovered my LCD screen showing my clock, radio, video control center, and back-up camera was blank and not working. They looked at the wiring, but declared they were not responsible for it not working. The repair required a disconnect of my battery and repair of the door wiring, but they claimed they didn't do anything to cause the LCD screen to malfunction. It worked fine with no problems when I brought it in, but totally not working when I picked up my vehicle! They refuse any responsibility! This is not acceptable! read more

Unless you want to pay higher prices and continually lied to my advice is not trust Caliber Collision because they will mislead you to there benefit, customer service is poor and they are generally more expensive than local competitors. The customer service rep at the Douglasville location named Jesus lied about Caliber Collision's policy and procedures. During the walk-through I stated multiple times that I only wanted an estimate and he assured me that this was only an estimate and that he would go over the estimate with me prior to any repair. A few days later I received a text message that another estimate had been completed. I immediately contacted Jesus the customer service rep, who said that he did not have access to the estimate. I also told him again that I did not want any work to be completed on my car until I received the estimate. He assured me once again that I would get the estimate before any work was to be completed. A few days later I received another text that my car was disassembled to be painted. I contacted management to let them know there was a major problem at which time they were reluctant to answer my questions on why the customer service rep lied to me on several different occasions forcing me into a situation to pay for a repair that I did not want. Costing me $1672 for a repair that was initially estimated at $1242. read more
