When I went to pick up my truck, it had bird droppings on it. The exterior was waxed over bugs on the front of the grill. The door jams, trunk and some vinyl on the interior was not wiped down. The owner did agree to fix it which I declined because you inspected the truck and actually thought it was ok which is scary. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Well first off I had read other reviews which made me decide to take my SUV there. On the other…read morehand. They had my car for over a day and said it might be something serious like wiring or the brain box. I took it in there initially for what I was told when I had it diagnosed from a plug-in third cylinder misfire. All they did was change the third coil and charged me almost $250 for a coil plus labor plus half of a diagnostic fee. Only for it to start running bad again not even 2 weeks later. The lady that they have answering the phone is very rude. They also left half of my air system pieces off and it had I not looked under the hood I would have never got those put back on a week after I got it back. I feel they are very unprofessional because when you tell them you're on a fixed income they put the most expensive stuff in your car. So now I'm going to have to go somewhere else and probably put another $400 to $600 dollars in my SUV when they could have just given it a tune-up in the first place. I hope they wasn't taking advantage of a woman but that's who I am and that's what happened. I will never send anyone there. The only reason why I gave them one star is because I had to to leave this review. Thanks I almost want to call the BBB.
