First review didn't post so here we go again.....Good as new? Better than new?! We think so! Thanks to Caliber Collision in Costa Mesa for taking our smashed-up car and making it better than new. My wife crashed the car and it wasn't looking too good once we got underneath the surface damage. But not to worry, as Cory Nguyen took charge and made things happen. We had a small issue with the insurance company but Cory was our advocate and impressed upon them the car needed to be repaired properly with OEM parts as opposed to inferior products. Cory kept us updated all along the way and when he said he would call on a particular date and time, he honored that. We never felt like we didn't know what was happening or how the car was progressing because Cory kept us fully up to date. This lessened the stress and worry about the car so we could focus on other important things. While nobody wants to crash a car and for it to be repaired, it happens and is part of driving on CA roadways. It's comforting to know if you ever need these types of repairs, Caliber Collision and Cory Nguyen are in your corner and will do honest, dependable and great work to get you back on the road. Thanks Cory! read more

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision after my accident. Bob Ohanian was on top of everything from start to finish and made sure my car was handled with care and urgency. He worked seamlessly with my insurance company, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Service Requested: Full collision repair after an accident, including body work and replacement parts. Quality: The quality of work was outstanding. They used top-quality Mercedes parts, and the craftsmanship truly shows--my car looks like it did before the accident, if not better. Every detail was handled with precision. Value: The value was exceptional, especially considering the level of service and quality provided. They advocated on my behalf with insurance, and I felt confident everything was done correctly and professionally. When I picked up my car, it had been fully washed and detailed, which was such a thoughtful extra touch. The front office team was also amazing--kind, helpful, and genuinely compassionate during a stressful time. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing repairs. They truly treat you like family and go above and beyond. read more

I was referred to Caliber by Fletcher Jones. They very easy to work with, all I did was drop it off and they took care of working with the insurance company. My insurance company mandated that any replacement parts had to be used or 3rd party, I didn't want that. I spoke with Cory Nguyen, I offered to pay the difference to use OEM parts, well Cory worked with Mercedes and they agreed to provide the OEM part for the the same price as the cheap insurance company was willing to pay. Cory was great to work with, great communication answered any question I had. We worked out also having another part of my car fixed outside of the insurance work for a great price. Thank you Cory read more
