Originally our vehicle wasn't supposed to be done until April sometime but, we just got it back today. And we are MORE than pleased. Mike kept us up to date on everything. When we went and got the vehicle back I got in and noticed how they even vacuumed and cleaned the inside up. When we got home we didn't notice it before but they even washed it. They really go all out for sure. Everyone we talked to there has been very nice. I highly recommend them. If they can't get to you right away. Trust me they will do you right and their work is great! You won't get better service than you get from them anywhere else.

It is now 19 August and I still don't have it back. About a week after I dropped it off, they told me they found more damage when they dissassembled the damaged parts and had to order more parts. Everytime I call to check on my vehicle, they say they're waiting on a part and it's out of their control. Taking this long to repair a vehicle is unacceptable. They have done nothing to compensate me for not having my vehicle ready in a timely manner. I've had to pay for a rental car for a month after the insurance company stopped paying for a month so that's about $2000.00.

While being repaired someone broke into the cars on the lot and broke my drivers side window. Crash Champions paid for my rental from Enterprise until the 25th of January, but I did not get my car back until the 26th. I picked up my car and left the rental at the Wilma Roudolph location on the 26th the day it was returned to me, but apparently Enterprise was not notified until the 28th to pick up the rental. In March or April, I received a letter from Enterprise stating that I owed two days a total of $58.60, and if I did not pay, I would not be able to rent from them again. I called the Wilma Roudolph location, and they would not listen to me that Enterprise should have been called on the 26th to pick up the rental from their location. The first guy told me that they do not return rentals which I know they call for the car to be picked up. The phone was finally given to female manager finally got on the phone, and told me I needed to call the Nashville location and slammed the phone when hanging up on me. I paid the 58.60 which should be refunded to me. Anyone would be upset to get a bill long after getting your car back, so I think customer service is lacking at the Wilma Roudolph location.

While I'm driving home, I smell something but can't figure out what it is I get home and pick up my cup out of the cup holders and I find a cigarette!!!
