My car was done when it was supposed to be and it was done perfectly. Even though the owner does not have a secretary, he's very considerate of his customers. I got another quote that was less money, but after 10 minutes of waiting for the secretary to finish a personal phone call, I took it to Unique. I figured if the other shop treats me so poorly before I'm a customer, it's only going to get worse if I become a customer. That would never happen with Unique! Chris is one class act!! Terrible experience this afternoon at Miller Ford. Had an appointment at 3 o'clock for new tires,…read more(four tires to be exact)! Anyway, got to the dealership at 2:30 PM (early) after I took off early from work. Got to the information desk, and they also asked me if I would like an alignment after the tires were mounted. I said what the heck ... yes. Long story short... I waited three hours in the waiting room for four tires to be put on my car. The service tech came to me a half an hour before they were finished to tell me there was a downtime with the spin balancer. Also they wouldn't be able to get to my alignment, because they were closing at 5 PM. Why would you offer to give me an alignment, if you knew you couldn't do it? Also why did it take them all that time to tell me that there was something wrong with the spin balancer while I waited in an a half waiting room? I missed an appointment...and I guess that was my fault for waiting. And, here's the big question? If you're that busy, why would you take on a tire change if you couldn't support it with staff? I usually come here, but I think I should've went to Lois tire, which was my first choice. And here's the grand finale... Besides " I am sorry," they didn't even offer me a free car wash or maybe half off an alignment on a future day. They just said "sorry" because they had to get home at 5 o'clock! I am all alone in the waiting room, and all the staff is jumping ship like it's sinking. Where is the courtesy, and professionalism? The customer does not come first at this establishment. I will go to Kunes Ford in Delavan for future repairs.

Poor service. I just needed emission test pulled car into dock, went inside, was told less than 10…read moreminutes, yet, the car was pulled out and parked on side of building without notifying me. No emissions test, told a preferential customer came in and wait would be over an hour, than was after I asked what was talking so long, they didn't even tell me. I called twice LVM for Jason no return call. :(
