Justin the manager was helpful, worked with me, and resolved my damage and the other work I wanted done to my Jeep. The Jeep was returned to me with a great color match (the door was replaced) and that is not easy for a red vehicle. He did a quick inspection of the damage and made a call to find out if he could get a new mirror for me that day. He quickly found a part in stock, and told me that if I came back that afternoon they'd be happy to fix it for me while I waited. The price was completely fair and he assured me the wait would only be ~30 minutes. Cut to 2pm when I returned to Fleury's to have them actually fix everything. I sat in their extremely comfortable waiting area that has a TV and a ton of magazines (Woohoo! Is that an Us Weekly that I see?! Happy camper!). I wasn't even past "Who Wore It Best" when Jim ducked back inside to tell me everything was fixed. 20 minute wait at most.
