Listen, I had part of my bumper come off during a car wash and I thought it was gonna cost crazy money to fix with a lot of appointment time to get around... I called Caliber collision and talked to a guy named phill about my issue and with his busy schedule... he said come in. Let's take a look. THE SAME DAY FOLK!!! I walked into this place which had new carpets being put in new counters is equipment and computers are everywhere total disaster as for construction remodel take take over; but this man had everything as for his business running in harmony and still look at my vehicle. I got in a minor fender bender and just needed the bumper replaced. My car has been in the shop for 3 weeks now and they still have no idea when it will be done. They said it would be done in a week and whenever I call they say it will be done "tomorrow" but they never call back. Apparently the car has been sent to multiple different locations and who knows where it is now as whenever I call they act like they don't know what's going on. At this point I wish they would just give me my car back so I could take it somewhere else as I will have to get a rental car soon if it isn't done. This is by far the worst experience i've had with any company and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It would be one thing if they told the truth from the start and said it was going to be longer than expected and apologized but they didn't and continue to lie. It's honestly the worst customer service i've ever seen, I don't know how they are still in business. read more

When I came to pick up my car the first time they did not sand and repaint the scratches on my fender. Rather they returned my car with the scratches half buffed out. The scratches were less obvious but still there. Buffing, of course, removes the clear coat and part of the paint. The only reason this was done was to hope that I would not complain and they could reap more profit by not having to sand and repaint the fender. I had to return the car and complain in order for them to do the work correctly. Since my insurance company gave them a set amount of money, they tried to get by as cheaply as possible. read more

I brought my car in to get repaired because I hit a deer. Well, it took them 2 weeks to repair it and it was all cosmetic stuff! I know that getting the parts should have only taken a couple days so for them to have my car for 2 weeks is a bit ridiculous. They did a great job painting, except for the several fish eyes found in my fender. This is pretty sad considering they are suppose to be "professional". People there are very nice but it doesn't make up for the bad paint job on the fender and the time it took to do my car. I would bring it back to get the fender re-painted but I don't want them to have it another 2 weeks! My suggestion, go to a dealer for collision repair. read more
