I got an estimate from a body shop I had used in the past, but found out they would not be able to do the work for five months! After asking a few friends for a recommendation, I contacted Sam's Auto Body. Danny was quick to give me an estimate, which hapened to be less than the first one I got, but I was very happy to hear they could get my car in for repairs in three weeks! When I dropped my car off, the rental car people couldn't come pick me up for over an hour. I resigned myself to spending the time reading a book. But Danny jumped in and offered to take me right over. I really appreciated his generosity! My car was done a day early, and it looked fantastic! I also appreciate that Sam's was very patient with my car insurance when the payment was sent to the wrong address. Bottom line, I am 100% happy with the service I received from Sam's. It was close, so I asked what it would cost so I could cover the difference. They told me they wouldn't recommend that. In other words, "we don't want to deal with it." So I said fine and took it to Ermal's. Their estimate was more than $4,000 less than Majestic and I'm back on the road! I got the feeling Majestic just didn't want to deal with the damage on my truck.

The work was great and our van in the affected areas were as good as new. Unfortunately, upon pick up a minor issue was found and I addressed it with Matt. He immediately investigated it and ordered the part and told me it would only take about 20-30 minutes when the part arrived. The part arrived fairly quickly but it took a few weeks for us to have time to get it back in. During this time two additionally issues were discovered. Today my wife brought the van in and mentioned the additional issues. Majestic took full ownership of all the items on our list and informed my wife it would be longer than expected and gave her and our son a ride home. Our van was just now DELIVERED to our house with all the issues resolved. Although the 3 issues were unfortunate they took the steps to quickly take care of them at our convenience and provided EXCELENT customer service.
