Jim did a phenomenal job repairing my son's BMW that was rear ended and he completed the work in a reasonable time frame. Our car was recently demolished by a red-light runner. Thankfully, my husband was not seriously injured, but it was pretty traumatizing. This caliber collision, with Ron leading the way, took care of a faulty repair job from another Caliber Collision shop. Ron kept me appraised of their progress thru out the time they had it. They offered me a rental during the time they had my wife's Corvette. The paint is FLAWLESS. They discovered they bumper had too much paint on it to do the repair. After seeing very nice reviews, I am sad to say I was extremely disappointed. I was told an approximate cost based on visual inspection only to receive written quote that was not only double, but more than the cost of buying a new car. Adding insult to injury they offered to buy my vehicle for 10-15% of repair cost to "take off my hands". This is after almost a week of sitting on their lot. I took my vehicle elsewhere and had it repaired by a jeep specialist for less than half of Caliber's quote. read more

I initially visited Caliber because they were near my office and ended up going with them based on how friendly and professional they were. They were installing an after market body accessory not related to a collision or anything. They evaluated the job on the spot and followed up with an estimate by phone shortly after. It was clear from the visit and conversation that they knew what they were doing and had a plan to execute. Scheduling was prompt and easy, they gave me a ride to my office after I dropped it off on the day of installation, and communicated clearly with me about what sort of time frame to expect. I picked it up later the same day and my SUV looked great! They did a great job, were again... very friendly and professional... explained to me how they did the job and answered my questions clearly. The whole experience was very positive. I was referred through Liberty Mutual to Caliber Collision on welsh rd. in North Wales . I dealt with the self declared manager , I say that because there was no name tag or documentation provided. I was told that the passenger front door would not be included in his estimate and that only the rear would be. When I asked why I was told " because it was a shopping cart". Liberty had already included the front passenger door in their estimate, although Mr. Grant assumed it was not already approved. Mr. Grant repeatedly informed me that he cannot include the front door in the estimate and that I would have to " take it up with my insurance". A few moments later Mr. Grant handed me the estimate which was identical to Liberty's estimate including the front door with the exception of adding 1 hour to the labor time on the back door. So I asked him why did you give me a hard time about not including the door when ultimately you did include it? he blew me off repeating the same line as he walked away . " I added 1 hr to the rear door ". All he had to do was stop for more than 5 seconds and call me by my name and explain the estimate to me . The most ignorant person I have had to deal with in decades. And this is supposed to be the manager I could only imagine how the rest of the staff treats customers. read more
