However, today, while doing one of my regular washes at home, I lifted the driver-side floor mat and found crumbs underneath it. I have not eaten in my car since having it detailed because I specifically wanted to keep it clean after spending the money to have it professionally detailed. It hasn't even been a month since I paid for the detailing, so my question is: How was this missed? Was the area simply overlooked, or was the cleaning not done as thoroughly as it should have been? If you're going to charge $100 for a deep cleaning, I expect the job to be done thoroughly. Finding crumbs underneath the driver-side floor mat less than a month later is disappointing, especially because I have been careful about keeping my car clean since I had it detailed. Overall, there were definitely things I was very happy with, especially the seats and exterior. He will lean into the car and continue pushing the membership despite being told "no" several times. I completely understand offering customers the monthly plan, but once a customer declines, that answer should be respected. The repeated pressure makes what should be a pleasant experience uncomfortable and honestly makes me think twice about returning.
