This auto shop is like Christmas for your vehicle. When you drive your vehicle out of their shop it just rides and accelerate's and brakes better. I've been to this shop a couple of times and They always make me feel very welcomed.. this last service was for a tune up and transmission and coolant flush.when it was all said and done I was able to see my old burnt out spark plugs and speak to the very professional auto tech. I believe his name was John. John was happy to explain what he had repaired and notified me of other problems ares that will be needing attention. So for now on just like a family Doctor When I return to caliber auto care I will be requesting John to work on my vehicle he already has first hand knowledge of it and he really cares about his work. This shop earns your business the old fashion way, with hard work integrity respect and an appreciation for its clients. No matter what you take it in for they will give you a free auto inspection and inform you of any issues your vehicle will need. I mean who wants a ticket because a tail light is out driving at night. You would never know tell it's to late. The employees here at Helotes caliber auto care do care. I want to commend Caliber Auto Care, and especially Service Advisor Andrew Rathmann, for taking great care of me! I needed an oil change so I called at 8AM when they opened and Andrew said they would get me right in. I drove over and they were immediately able to work on my car. I had the option to wait in my car or go inside. I opted to go inside and the waiting area was super clean!! I enjoyed a Starbucks coffee during the short time I was there. They even have a fun kids play area if you bring your kids with you. I have had many oil change experiences over the years and this one was top notch!! My 2012 Chrysler T and C received an oil change and inspection over 2 weeks ago every thing went well but the van codes showed a bad thermostat that was stuck open which at the time posed no problem until this past week when it froze shut and blew a hole in the plastic thermostat housing along with the antifreeze , I was able to drive it back to Caliber on Bandera near closing time and CJ , who is very knowledgeable about Chrysler vehicles , relieved my anxiety about the vehicle repair and Brandon the GM took me home ! Facility was extremely clean and I loved the modern interior. They offered not only to drop me off at work after I left my car there, but to pick me up as well. The driver was very kind and I enjoyed the conversation. They send photos via text of their inspection findings and at no phase did I feel pressured. I had them perform an oil change and tire rotation and they did it in half the time that the dealer takes at a better price (I used their coupons off their website to save even more money). Andrew was very attentive to all my car needs and even texted pics of everything they checked on the car (ie. Filters, fluids etc) while I waited. I had an unexpected flat tire. When I drove up they immediately started working on it. Everyone was so friendly. They told me if they couldn't fix it they would put on my spare. They fixed it within 15 min. They were great and didn't charge me which was a nice surprise. I did leave Andrew a tip for his quick and efficient work. The manager was very professional.
