I came here because I had two tires go flat. I saw the high reviews about patches and being helped quickly with good rates. They were friendly and helped me, however, they didn't tell me that each patch would be $25. I've never paid more than $10 for a patch so to pay $50 for two patches is highly extensive and a bit of robbery. They then said I needed a rotation and alignment which would be an additional $105. The rotation and alignment cost wasn't bad, but again $50 for two patches. When disputing it and mentioning the reviews on yelp, the woman behind the counter said she didn't know, that's just what they charge. I went to Cali tires today, to get my tire patched. When I arrived, they told me I had to get it replaced so I did. After getting it patched and leaving to my job, I had noticed that they sold me a tire that had a hole in it. When I called to tell about the problem, they said there was nothing they could do and that if I really wanted something done that I would have to wait until Monday. I expressed that this is bad business practice, and all the guy on the phone said was right man goodbye. Very unprofessional and I'm very upset that the value they provided was a little to none. I've gone to Callie tires for a couple years now and I definitely won't be coming back again. It's a shame to see how they treat reoccurring clients. read more

My husband took his Honda to this shop 2 weeks ago for a shocks issue. The mechanic then calls back and says no, it's not the shocks, It's your bearings. So my husband trusted them and let them do the work. $800 and a day later, the car is having the same issue. We took it back and they recognized they messed up but would not refund our money, nor put it towards fixing the issue., which was going to cost another$1400. This was the first time we used this shop and will never go back again. $800 and we have the same issue and need to take it to another shop to be repaired. Do not trust this shop they will do unnecessary work on your car and not try and help at all! We are calling the BAR today to make a report. Erika, the manager was no help. read more

My experience here was so bad I feel like I got scammed. I was recommended this place to get my tint done by OSCAR and I think it was the worst tint job and customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my brand new Tesla Model Y here to get all 7 windows tinted. After service was done, a full interior detail was needed. 1/23/22 - Dropped my car off to get tinting service done. Come back 3 hours later and Oscar tells me her didn't have enough film for the front windshield and that I'm going to have to come back another time?? Booked this service a week in advance so shouldn't there be enough supply? Weird. Also an inconvenience for me since I mentioned that I am coming from Westminster (an hour away) 1/24/22 - Checked the tint job during the day since when I got home it was dark. When I opened my trunk, I noticed my back window was not fully tinted (there was gaps in between the film and window). 2/4 window tints had air bubbles and looked poorly done. When I mentioned this he said that they would dry soon. My roof tint has so many imperfections and scratches on the film. And not to mention my white seats had black marks on them that were previously not there. 2/6/22 - Come back to get my windshield and back window done. Noticed that the front windshield is a different shade than the previous. Mentioned this to him and he said he would check and never got back to me. Sitting in the driver seat looking at my roof tint, I noticed there were gaps between the tint and window. Sent a picture to him, he opened the message and didn't respond. 2/4 windows that had air bubbles, I could see that he just cut the bubble and flatted it which doesn't really fix the problem. Opening my trunk I noticed a lot of green fluid was dripping down. A pool of the same fluid was in the crevices of my trunk. This green fluid was also on the sides of the front windshield interior. My interior frame of my car, covered in dirty marks. White seats also had dirty marks. 2/11/22 - Texted Oscar again telling him how I was unsatisfied I was with the job that he did. Again, opened the message and didn't respond. 2/16/22 - Texted Oscar AGAIN telling him i wanted a refund and telling him what was wrong in what area. Again, opened the message and never responded. I shouldn't even have to get my car detailed after tinting my car. Car is supposed to be in the same condition as I left it. Not to mention I paid almost $1k for this service. Then had to pay another $250 for a detail. Ridiculous. read more

I 100% recommend Cali Street Tires. I've come here a few times now. First time: purchased my own tires and brought them here to be installed. The guys got it done in less than an hour and price for labor was much less than I anticipated - very fair prices! Second time: brought my car in bc all or my tires were low on air. They found no nails or anything, and were going to fill them at no cost. I asked about nitrogen and they gave me the pricing break down and an explanation of the service but did not pressure me to purchase at all. I went with it anyway and have really enjoyed a smoother ride with less need to fill tires. Third time: brought my car in bc I thought my tire pressure was a little low (but wasn't supposed to be with nitrogen). Turns out, the valves were completely broken. They showed me the damage and gave me a fair estimate for a fix. While working on it, they asked if I'd had my struts replaced recently (I had). They asked if my tires were aligned after (I had no idea). They recommended an alignment, but again, did not pressure me or even ask me to get it done that day. I did anyway bc I had noticed the alignment was kinda off, and I had my car back within about 2 hours. These dudes are awesome. Great service. Fair prices. Super friendly staff! read more

You would figure they know their tires since their name has it, but I guess Lexani is close enough to what I had ordered (Lionhart) and even comes with greater warranty the lady at the desk told me once I exposed her to the wrong brand that was installed on my car. People imagine your vehicle, the thing you love that gets you around that makes you feel safe, now they took all that away from me and made me wanna sell my car hell even junk it after they had got ahold of it. It wobbled worse then a scooter when you would brake too hard and the wheel turned into a stop sign. And the best part is if you want to be sold and I mean sold persuaded like crazy and almost forced to buy a tire the sales lady won't give up with follow up calls, "your vehicle is unsafe if you don't buy from us", "I will check back with you early tomorrow". I found Cali Street tire on yelp, cuz of the good reviews I came to replace my tire.. ended up getting 4 tires cuz of a good deal. He hooked it up fast and efficiently, treated me really well, (it can be tough as a woman getting honesty and Respect at a mechanic) when I was leaving he said hold on a second and he seen a caliber loose on my wheel he went back and looked at it and said it was so bad I couldn't even drive it home. Went to Cali street tires to get an alignment on my car, I told them how I wanted them to spec out my alignment and they did not right anything down to consider my requests. After the alignment they tried to upsale me a bunch of suspension parts I did not need, looked at the spec sheet after the alignment and they barley moved anything with my car still pulling to the right, they did not fix my problem and just took my money. read more
