He went above and beyond by giving me a referral to a carpet installer to see if the carpet can be pieced by carpet that was leftover from the original installation. They were professional - Will gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away and texted me when their ETA got pushed back a little. It actually took a full day and then a couple of hours the next day to finish our house, but Will and Kyle had no qualms coming back the next day and made sure our yard and house (including our outdoor furniture) were spotless of debris from the roof and the house was cleaned to my satisfaction. Nothing was broken! It was very easy to schedule with Brett. He even called to check on how things were going at our house from out-of-town. After remodeling our backyard we needed everything washed down and cleaned up and again my contractor basically introduced us to the owner and his crew. To my knowledge they did not use any chemicals, soaps or degreasers. The entire process took roughly 3 hours and after they were finished everything dried real nice. The machinery is a little bit on the loud side and I guess that's the only negative thing I can think of. The owner was super nice, his employees were very nice and we are a very happy customer.
