This December I had an aneurysm and then 4 days later pen heart surgery, now back home recovering to discover oh here's an issue for Tom, the shower faucets are original to the 1947 home and have finally given up the ghost. Tom was good enough to come over to affix a temporary faucet so I could use the shower unit as he ordered proper ones. There was no charge for his visit to come over and do that temporary fix, that's the kind guy he is, a good one who won't take advantage of you. A couple weeks later he came over with the new faucet unit, installed it which was not an easy job considering the 1947 degraded tile he had to chip away at... It wasn't long before he had installed the new unit and it's been working like a charm since. His bill was fair and reasonable as is all his jobs that he's done here at my home. How about this, I'm away working on location on a movie out of state, the 1947 sprinkler pipes burst out front and who comes to save the day, Tom! Over the phone via text he sent me pics of the damage and his repairs, and the bill was again fair and reasonable. My 1947 sink gave up the ghost year before last, Tom came over and was able to save the old vintage unit (it looks too cool to replace it) and it's been working beautifully since, and here it comes... the bill was fair and reasonable. Can't say enough good about him and the service he provides. With Tom you get your monies worth, he doesn't hold you up at the bank, if you need a plumber, make Tom your first call!

I needed a sewer inspection for a home that was being purchased by my client. The technician was communicative and open about what needed to be done in order to bring the house up to today's standards. Shortly after the inspection I received a formal report stating exactly what needed to be done and for how much. The costs were a little less than the usual and that was great news. Mario Guerra is NOT a man of his word & his associate Enrique did not finish the job hired to do in order to attempt to sell me on their more expensive water jetting service. I had to call a real rooter with the proper and honest rooting experience to get the job done. I called Mario back on his word of a man to refund me if my rooter guy was able to finish their unfinished work. Mario immediately started with all the obstacles to avoid a refund, said he wanted proof, I understand sure no problem, I asked him to bring his camera and see for himself that the pipes are now free and clear of any roots. Then he wanted a receipt from the rooter who accomplished what they could not, I understand not problem, I called my rooter back and asked for a receipt for his work that morning and sent it to Mario. Finally after all his demands and left with no reason to fall back on his word of a man to refund my money as he promised, he just ignored my phone calls and my messages. I've attached a copy of the plumber's receipt that finished the job with no problem! **UPDATE*** Mario Guerra has tried to remove this post in an effort to hide his deceiving tactics from being EXPOSED. This review was posted yesterday, and right after posting it Mario decides to call me immediately. He was very unprofessional this time accusing me of lying and wanted to know how I got a receipt, I told him I had to call the Plumber back and ask him to provide me with one for his services, which the plumber immediately sent me via email. Mario then continued calling me a liar that no such email exists and claimed I made the receipt, I forwarded the email to him which has a time stamp. Then Mario offers to refund me but placed an ultimatum along with his offer. He said if my pipes were not clear I would have to give him $200., I counter-offered with putting $500 both ways, to him if my drain is clogged and to me when he sees my drain unclogged. He declined and went back to accusing me of making up the receipt and asked that I remove the review, when I told him I would not remove it he hung up and went to yelp for help in removing the review. Because I posted the same review on both his yelp pages it was removed due to it being duplicated. Clearly the guy has trust issues with his customers, I'm sure customers have tried to con him which explains his paranoia, but it's very obvious I'm not that guy. This would've never got to this but Mario set himself up for a challenge when he said : "If your drain guy unclogged what I couldn't, I would refund you $100" (see screenshot below). I don't care for receipts, I care for the job being done for what they are being paid to do. The results speak for themselves, Guerra Plumbing came to a clogged sewage drain, left me with a clogged sewage drain and a quote for hydro jetting and a quote for pipe bursting trench-less method. Rob White came to a clogged drain and left me with a cleared drain. Again the results speak for themselves and the rest is all talk! LET THIS BE A WARNING & CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!

Way different style of estimate compared to the other two plumbing quotes we had previously that quoted cheaper and were hands off until we first agreed upon a price and the repair method. Also skimped on the soldering of the copper pipes unions for a quick compression fit method instead, that was secure and adequate and up to code but not our families preferred method of repair. Overall did a good job in an efficient manner but was messy and I had to clean up afterwards. In all fairness, it was his 2nd weekend job on a hot Saturday afternoon, and we were a minor leak fix compared to the previous tankless water heater job they installed. Had I had all of my own tools, the job could have been completed for $100 or less with Home Depot or Do-It Center supplies. Call Around & do your homework, as C.W. Plumbing prices are in line with the Market but on the high side, as expected for our neighborhood as price gouging happens once people get your address and zip code and the more you tell them up front. Get 3-estimates before starting any home plumbing repair job! Our family also was not happy with the fact that 24-inches of it existing copper pipes were taken (cut off) from the original water softener line and kept by the plumber in his truck while we proceeded to grab a credit card from inside the house and pay the plumber. I have photos to prove it! When I politely questioned the plumber why he cut (took, stole) the extra 24-inches of copper pipes from our existing original plumbing setup using his electric sawzall, he proceeded to tell us that he didn't want anyone to hit the head on the pipes. The funny thing is that the pipes are mounted on the wall away from anyone coming close to them. It was a lousy excuse to steal expensive copper pipe for your next job to be used at.
