I liked the style of the shop and the location, the haircut came out perfect I would love to go back again but there's one thing that might stop me and it's this. About ten minutes into the haircut the owner enters the shop, I recognized her from the website, she saw my wife and I sitting down but we did not get a welcoming greeting as customers that she has not seen before. I come from a time when Barbers and owners spoke and greeted everyone. I'm sure at some point in time I'll return but it would nice to receive a greeting from everyone who sees a new or existing customer. Mayra was the first to greet us when we came in, then Pancho he is who I scheduled our appointment with Job well done Sir Thank you.

Anyways it took him a while to come back even had a client waiting 15 minutes after our scheduled time would've been over. Anyways the guys seem cool and ended up taking my husband in for a haircut. But seriously we were late 3-5 minutes due to a stupid trailer reversing. You'd think there'd be a grace period for 5 minutes at least!! Anyways wouldn't recommend him he doesn't seem to Give a damn, even when they told him we were waiting he said oh well they should've been here on time. Which I understand but seriously talk about the attitude of this barber... yikes. Otherwise everyone else seemed nice and friendly. Highly recommended this shop. I would just give them a call to make sure they have availability but same day appointments or walk-in are also accommodated. The energy is very (as the name says) west coast vibes. Very big and spacious shop with a decent size waiting area as well.

Ralph was quick in replying and kept their promise of under one hour response time. I typically have a hard time trying to find a good barber that can take any appointments on weekdays after 5 PM but this one was happy to. Ralph set me up with Angel after some good back and forth asking for pricing and how they accept payments. I walked in a bit early and it did take a minute for someone to come up and asked if I needed help but I didn't find this to be a big deal, I was probably in a good mood. Reading other reviews on here, I had the opposite experience. Angel was very social and knew how to have a conversation by asking the right questions. The haircut was good and he knew the terms and the look I was trying to achieve. I walked out feeling so much better about myself. At the end of it all, I was able to get Angel's number and I may now have a barbershop that I can rely on whenever i'm in the area. Side note: During our cut, I got to know more about the owner and how he discovered some of his barbers like Angel. I'm happy to hear how he was able to give this young man an opportunity to make a career out of what he loves. Nothing but respect for that. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
