Everything was delicious! My favorites were the pork skewers (so juicy), the pandan bun (strong pandan flavor and not too sweet), the squid (came with an awesome garlic sauce), and the nam khao tod (so savory and goes great with the lettuce)! All the vendors were extremely friendly and suggested things to try or gave out samples. I think some vendors were missing at the time we went like the pandan crepes, crispy pork belly, and seafood so I would definitely come back to try them but also get some of the same things! It was super cool to be able to experience this because there were a lot of items that I hadn't seen before or as often in Thai restaurants in the US.

At your order, purple dough is flattened to a blue corn tortilla, each tortilla freshly pressed and grilled in front of you. You watch it sizzle and rise brown, flip over, and continue its cycle to grow crisp.
