I have been waiting 4 months to write this review to see if I would have another HVAC issue and so…read morefar it's been smooth. I have been really skeptical of all HVAC companies in the past 5 years. I have been burned by so many HVAC techs and wasted so much money. 4 different companies went through with different shadiness levels giving me different answers for the same HVAC issue. Every company kept telling me my freon was low and i most likely had a leak. One company even told me to just replace my brand new system cause "it was from China" The Jaguar tech (Jeff) definitely gave me some disappointed head shakes at previous work but was the only one to truly put his head down, work, and diagnose the root cause of the issue. He checked every part of the system before he gave me an answer on what he believed was wrong. After the diagnosis he detailed every part of the HVAC unit (and attic unit) and explained to me what he was looking for, what he found, and what he believed was the answer. I never felt like he was up-selling me. It wasn't even a freon issue to begin with and the filter drier needed to be replaced. After another visit and a 4 hour procedure my HVAC unit has been running smoothly all Summer 2026. I will seriously only call this company from now on.

Since I wasn't at the property, I had asked for a quick update. The work was done so fast that the invoice popped up on my phone almost immediately! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I didn't receive a call with an estimate or breakdown of what was needed before the work was performed. Overall, though, it was a very quick and seamless process.

From their sales team that came out to the help from management and all the techs and installers, every single person who came through was transparent, respectful (not just of me and my wife but also our home, our fur babies, and our time), informative, and just super nice. Would absolutely recommend Atticman and will be coming back for more help in the future. We spent a pretty penny since this was a big job (one of our biggest since purchasing this home) but it was well worth it.

Two years later, system still works great. Three stars due to the upsell pressure and poor first-pass quality. Grateful they came back and made it right. Received a phone call the next morning around 7:30 from Rey's and we set up a same day appointment. I was told they'd be coming to the house from 12-2pm so I left that window open in my day. I was super happy when the technician, Adrian, arrived at 12:05! Very punctual. The house call was $99. This was very fair but also only the beginning. I was hopeful my total wouldn't be too much more. Adrian got to work and took a total of two hours to complete the job. He was very detailed in telling me the issue at hand and informed me more about my current furnace. The cost of everything came out to $324. But this means we're going to have a warm home all winter long, which is priceless. Thanks Rey's! Look forward to having them come back out to service and maintain the air conditioning system.

I had used them earlier in the year for a minor inspection and remembered how helpful and honest Alex D was. At that time, they told me the work I was considering was not urgent, even though it meant I did not move forward with the project. They responded very quickly and had Alex D. at our house by 8:30 that evening, only about an hour after I contacted them. Alex was excellent. He found an issue that had somehow been missed by another HVAC company that had been performing routine annual inspections on our system. He was courteous, respectful, informative, and very genuine throughout the entire visit. He explained what he was seeing in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable before doing any work. We never felt pressured or like we were being sold something we did not need. Alex clearly takes pride in his work and in making sure the customer understands what is happening. After both experiences with Cronus, they have definitely earned our trust and will be the company we call moving forward.
