This review is long overdue. I am a self-proclaimed super regular of Cali Coffee and have been getting drinks from this coffee shop since they opened their first shop in Hollywood, FL. My family practically visit this particular location daily. Yes, daily and we love everything about the company and the people they hire. On more than one occasion I have expressed how amazing the Cali crew is. How thoughtful and attentive to every person that comes to the shop. They know my family, my kids, what my car looks like and my order before I can even say it. If I change my order randomly, they make sure I'm okay since it's not normal for me to change :) The staff is ALWAYS friendly even when you just want to get your drink and go- which makes them special because it reminds me to just relax sometimes. Onto the drinks, I have had my share of favorites... First it was just a frozen or iced green tea, then I changed to a Sugar Free Charger back in the early days. One of the crew members put me on the Hot Pumpkin Chai- add white chocolate, drizzle, and cinnamon sprinkles, topped with whipped cream. BUT of course, the drink they all know I love is the Frozen Zero Hero lime, with Blue Razz and Cherry Drizzle - AKA The Fourth of July Drink... Seriously it's the best, and it hits every time especially when it's mixed to frozen perfection. Other wins for my family are Paradise Green Tea, the Strawberry smoothie with whipped walls, the birthday cake shake, and of course just a hot coffee. When I tell you we know Cali, we know ball, OKAY!

Great coffee! Needed some coffee on my way home so I picked up vanilla lattes for my husband and I at the drive thru. It was very good, we both enjoyed. Also got a chocolate cake pop which I liked a lot, it was very fudgy. The service was also great, such a friendly staff (:

Went to visit my friend and she wanted to try this coffee place. So I said let's go! There was no wait, it has a drive up and walk up window. We picked the walk up (I have never been there) We ordered just a regular ice coffee. It was good ice coffee, no complaints. The staff was most friendly and was surprised I drove from Boynton Beach to Cooper City for coffee. She doesn't know how far i would drive for coffee!

A fun and vibrant coffee spot, perfect for a treat on a hot Florida day! I love their variety whether you prefer your drink hot, iced, or frozen, there's something for everyone. And it's not just coffee! They also offer a selection of smoothies and fruit drinks, making it easy to find something new to enjoy. Every visit, I try something different, it's a great way to explore the menu and discover new favs. Also their rewards program lets you earn points using your phone number, so be sure to sign up and start collecting points with every stop! The staff here is always super friendly and chatty! It's a quick service type of place: walk up to the window and order or go through the drive through. (There's no inside sitting or dining.)

Holiday drinks and a new muffin top flavor and stickers are here!!! Had to come get the new muffin top flavor to try (double chocolate peppermint) and a couple holiday beverages and stickers of course. As someone who isn't usually a chocolate go to person, this was very yummy with the peppermint chips hitting just right with the chocolate muffin. 10/10 recommend trying this before it's gone if you like the combo. The sugar free alpine was good but next time I'd probably ask for a little more peppermint. My son asked for the seasonal cookie butter with peppermint and that was good as well. Definitely want to come back and try one of the seasonal drinks frozen. Always like to have a sugar free Hero on hand for when you need that pick me up but can't make it to Cali. Unfortunately we didn't check before we left and only got 2 stickers instead of the 3 we should have :( Next time we'll double check.

Cali Coffee has definitely made its mark in the Broward County area. I was back visiting Pines for a quick day trip and on my way back to home I realized I was going to pass Cali and had to make a quick stop and get an iced coffee. Cali is known for having energetic staff and great drinks and have not been disappointed since then first opening their location in Hollywood. Was very quick in and out and will always be a go to spot when I'm visiting. And of course Moogly loved his pup cup

Come with me to Cali Coffee at their Southwest Ranches Location. I went with the Gold Rush iced with oat milk and topped it with sweet Cream Cold Foam. It was a good coffee, and I would have it again. The service was kind and friendly.

I have been coming to this location for years!! First and foremost the Cali coffee vibe is so positive. All of the workers are pleasant and seem so happy and carefree. Their drive thru is pretty quick and the fact that they have people to grab others while cars wait in line is helpful and smart!!! I love most of their coffees. My go-tos are the cold rush or lavendar haze. My daughter loves their sodas (and so do I). They do have different options as far as healthier alternatives and now even offer muffin tops - which are really yummy too! All in all, come visit them if you haven't. Oh and they show love to the pups with pup cups!!!!!

Tried Cali coffee for the first time. It's a drive through and window service. The staff were super friendly. Since it was my first time, they welcomed me and gave me information. I ordered chai shake. It was alright. It tasted straight up cinnamon and sugar. I didn't really taste chai but oh well. I will try something else from the menu next time.

We finally tried Cali Coffee and now understand what all the rave is about. A small corner spot with a walk up window and drive thru, it was the perfect midday pick me up. I ordered the Nirvana while my boyfriend ordered an iced vanilla latte. Both were so good though mine was more sweet and decadent. They have so many options and flavor combinations, I can't wait to come back and try them! A plus is that most of their flavors come sugar free for the times you're watching your sugar intake (like me).

Chanel F.

Hello it's me your fellow coffee addict here... I was finally in the area to try this place out. And I'm glad I did, I decided to walk up to the window to place my order, since I thought I might need some help. The young man at the window was very helpful. We ended up talking over a lot of selections. Thank goodness I was the only one at the window at that time. I ended up ordering two drinks for myself lol.. only because I knew I wouldn't be in the area for a while. I got the Banana nut with oat milk and the Gold rush with macadamia nut milk. Both had good flavor, but I ended up enjoying the banana nut more. I don't think I've found my flavor just yet. So of course I got to go back and try more. The coffee is great, the customer service was amazing... I just wish they had breakfast sandwiches or something to eat but oh well... until next time.

Andrea U.

Very cute walk-up coffee shop! The parking was easy, staff were friendly, and I got a tasty Snickerdoodle Iced Latte super fast. The drink was sweet so next time I will probably opt for an extra espresso shot, but I enjoyed it and will be back.

A little pricey so I don't go very often but the few times I've been, I've really liked it. I use the drive thru where someone will go car to car taking orders. This is my new favorite coffee spot in the Davie area! The staff is always so friendly, quick, and helpful when it comes to navigating their large menu. They have several non-dairy milk, including oat, almond, and macadamia nut as well as dairy-free and sugar free syrups! I'm personally not a huge fan off sugar-free alternatives so my favorite coffee drinks are the nutty professor and the fluffernutter (clearly, I'm partial to hazelnut too) with oat milk. I've also tried their flavored Red Bull drinks, which are another fun way to get caffeine. I get something off the menu and that is a Red Bull with pomegranate and blackberry! Don't be afraid to create your own flavor combination! read more

I am extremely happy now that this location has opened up! When they announced that they were opening new locations I was excited because all the locations were extremely close to my home. They have so much variety you can choose from that at first is a little overwhelming at first. They have options from teas, Red Bull inspired drinks, coffees and shakes. I typically, especially now that they're closer, pick a shake and ad two shots of espresso just for that kick. Those shakes are basically a meal especially if you go with the large, very rich and delicious. The staff is always extremely nice and friendly. I saw how busy they were within the first few days of opening this location and they were just having a blast with it. I went one time after doing a double shift and being called in at the hospital so I picked up a shake just to get home and feel full and the staff was so nice and kind. Definitely have been going back. Having a great group of employees like that really make you want to come back. They also are down to surprise you if you don't know what to get which is nice and makes it fun. Thank you for serving some great beverages and thank you for the warm welcomes! Five star business here! read more

I'm kind of shocked at these less than perfect reviews. I've been to Cali quite a few times since it's opened and I've always had a flawless experience. In a day and age where customer service is almost always lacking, I find the charm and casual conversation of the employees refreshing, even if that means waiting a minute or two extra for my coffee. I've never had a menu item I didn't like. My personal opinion is the iced coffees are great. I did also have a tea once (can't remember the flavor), it was on the sweet side, but overall not bad. The milkshakes are excellent. I also love the customization to your liking, I always ask for extra ice and oat milk. I love the overall vibes. 10/10. Starbucks has definitely lost most of my business because of Cali. read more

By far the best coffee shop in Florida. They've got everything. There is coffee, tea, and even frozen drinks available! They can also make anything in a child's size! This coffee shop is about much more than just coffee. Cali Coffee personnel treat the company as if it were a family business, and they go out of their way to make you feel like you're a part of it. I do want to convey my gratitude to Lauren. She made me actually smile the entire ride home, making me WANT to write this review. She took the time to help me choose a drink and even insisted on my tasting it before I left. She was wonderful and made my time unforgettable. I highly recommend attending because of her. 10/10 read more

Today I visited Cali coffee, and while waiting in the drive thru to do my order, I was skipped by a young lady, which I think she goes by Emily as her coworker called her by. There is usually a person who is in the drive thru and a person who walks to each car to ensure that our order is placed and that the service is done quickly. The lady at the window was wonderful, she apologized for her for coworker and held good conversation. But this lady "Emily" glared at us as she knew our order was not taken and walked right by us and took the order of the person behind me. This is something that makes me feel unwanted. However, the lady at the front window made me feel welcomed. read more

The service I received was exceptionally poor. The sandwiches were, for the most part, average, with one exception, and the scones, one of the.sandwich clotted cream were satisfactory. The tea was acceptable. My visit was in February for high tea, and I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Upon arrival, I approached lady Hostess A and requested an indoor table. She informed me that the indoor seating was full but suggested I could sit anywhere outside. I proceeded to seat myself. There was no queue or other patrons waiting at that time. Mr. Waiter J..later informed me about reported issues with bees in the outdoor area, which I understood. I reiterated my preference for indoor seating, explaining that Hostess A had indicated no availability inside, which led me to the outdoor area. After I placed my order, other patrons arrived. Hostess A escorted them to outdoor tables and provided them with menus. This pattern continued with subsequent arrivals. I observed that all the patrons she seated shared a similar skin tone to hers, unlike myself. Furthermore, after patrons departed from the indoor area, Hostess A personally re-entered the outdoor area to escort these new arrivals inside, despite their arrival significantly after mine. One patron, whom she seated indoors, later returned outside..The inside was full but many cluents left in groups freeibg uo various table indore..She appeared to have many options..options that i was not offrerd after i my wish was express that i wanted an inside table Lady A indicating that indoor seating had been available. I also overheard her inquiring about reservations, suggesting that these patrons did not have one. Another patron seated near me was also offered an indoor table. Throughout this experience, Mr. J observed my predicament with the bees and proactively intervened to improve the situation. I shared my observations with him, and he offered me an indoor table, which I declined at that point. His exemplary teamwork and service in addressing the disrespect and unfavorable treatment I experienced were didpleased . My waiter, Mr. J.. was ok.. When I shared my observations with him, he suggested that Hostess A might have forgot about me. I found this particularly noteworthy given that two patrons were seated within arm's length of me, requiring her to navigate around me. My table was also positioned beside the entrance, a high-traffic area for incoming guests. While I acknowledged the possibility of oversight, I also reflected on the unfortunate phenomenon where individuals of differing skin tones are sometimes marginalized as in my case. I sat outside and while the bees was competing with my food. Mr. Jeh...consistently refilled my tea and checked on me frequently. The waiter also checked on me and acknowledged the bee issue. Mr. Jel ....was professionalism, kindness, and efficiency in attempting to rectify the situation were commendable. I would rate the waiter's quality as 3 out of 10, while Mr. jEl....service merits a perfect 10. Regarding the restaurant as a whole, I am profoundly disappointed. I had been enthusiastic about finding a tea house, as they are a rarity in South Florida.

By the time we were finally able to order, a long line had formed behind us. The drinks themselves had unique flavors, and the Salted Pistachio Matcha was genuinely good. While $9 for a small drink felt a bit expensive, especially without changing the milk option, I understand this is a small business in a high-cost area, so that wasn't my main issue. What was more frustrating was the overall wait time, especially standing outside in the heat for over 20 minutes, and seeing a customer who ordered after me receive his drink first because he appeared to know one of the baristas personally. That left a disappointing impression. I will say that once I finally got to order, the barista Bilal was friendly and pleasant.
