I have used Cali Coast Electric before and will choose them every time. Cody, the owner, not only runs a thriving business he knows how to hire the best employees. This time I had them install a Ring camera and adjust the backyard electrical to accomodate the the fountain. The work was done quickly but not rushed and done correctly. Andrew and Dominic were clean respectfull of persons and property. They did not stop with the installation and programmed the camera for me. They cleaned up behind themselves and left their work areas better than the found it. The entire company is totally professional and fully competent. There may be other electricians out there but why gamble when Cali Coast Electric is ready to serve. 5 Stars+ read more

Cody by far is the best electrician in the area. My husband and I recently moved to Menifee and needed a NEMA 14-50 installed for my Tesla. Our appointment was originally scheduled in the morning but I needed to reschedule for the afternoon. He was nice enough to accommodate us and was immediately scheduled for the same day in the afternoon. Not only is he very accommodating, but he gave us a very reasonable price. His work was very clean we are very satisfied overall. We highly recommend him. read more

SO happy we found this company for our light fixture. We have A very tall entry way and I wanted a large fixture but found it to be an impossible task. Tried another electrician and had a bad experience saying "it can't be done". Husband found this company and they had it done in 30 min. They also installed a dimmer switch for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company to everyone. Will definitely use for any electrical needs in the future read more

My expectations for an electrician aren't very high given past experiences, but from the first contact with Cody at Cali Coast Electric - I now have a new high standard for any contractor. Cody's interactions with me thru messages was courteous, professional and educational. He even offered to do a virtual walkthrough for convenience and safety during the Covid-19 stay at home order. We had been quoted by a few other electricians who had great yelp reviews - but after talking with Cody - Who we found thru yelp - we both realized the other quotes were not looking at the most efficient way to provide the work we needed. Cody saw ways to optimize the installation so there wasn't unnecessary work and equipment. Basically he saved us from having to have a new sub panel installed and ugly exterior conduits. Day of install - Cody let me know when he was on his way. He laid out their plan at the beginning of the install and then walked us thru what they had done at the end. The whole process was easy and quick on our end and we're enjoying our brand new hot tub two weeks earlier than the other electricians had quoted us. Cali coast electric is licensed, bonded, insured and did a stellar job. Zero hesitation to use him again in the future. Thanks Cody!! read more

I've hired several contactors in my life, some are good and some, not so good. The young men who worked on replacing my electrical box were excellent. It's rare, for me, that contractors can be so competent, friendly, professional and fast. They accomplished everything they said they would, in the time they committed to. I was delightfully impressed and I highly recommend this company for any electrical issue! read more

Hired them to run wire and install a new j-box for a new ceiling fan install. The two man crew was very polite and respectful of our property and polite to my kids. They were quick, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any future electrical needs. read more

I installed some new lighting in the backyard, and every time I would turn the lights on, the GFCI would trip. I reached out to Cali Coast on Sunday night around 8:30, expecting to hear something on Monday am. Around 10:30 pm Sunday night, Cody messaged me and we set up a time for Thursday at 8:00 am. He said if he had an earlier opening, he would text me. I received a text from Cody around 10:00 am, Monday morning! The next day! Cody and his guy arrived about 20 minutes later. Both of them were wearing masks and very professional. They were able to figure out that I had 2 bad GFCI's that were causing the issues. They replaced the 2 outlets and they were on their way. Great service, great communication, great price! I couldn't be happier with Cali Coast Electric. I finally found my new local electrician! read more

Cody was on time and gave me the best price. I got a Tesla wall charger installed by him. He took only 1 hour and the job was quality. I did my research and had other people come and look at the project but they didn't want to place the charger where I preferred and had too many obstacles in finding the electrical parts needed. Cody was polite and I would recommend him, stop looking elsewhere. read more

Just recently had ceiling fans installed upstairs. I chose this company because of the reviews. Cody was quick to reply and provide estimates. The professionalism and workmanship speak for itself. Beautiful work, cleaned up after him self and made it seem as if the house was built with the fans already. We are thrilled and have hired him to come back and so downstairs. He provided us with a fair estimate and let us know that he will have to make holes in the walls and ceiling. He let us know he does not do drywall, but gave us recommendations on drywall people he has used before. Very very happy with the service we received. read more

Cody and the guys from Cali Coast Electric were absutely awesome. I had a devastating fire in my house, everything was removed down to the studs and the entire house had to be re wired. Dealing with contractors was a nightmare, but Codys team made it all much more bearable. They did a tertific quality job in a timely manner, very professional and informative. Not only i have my electricity on, but I also have learned a lot from them about how it all works. It was a pleasure working with them. Furthermore, Cody helped me out even after his job was done. The drywall people that the contractor hired were absolutely terrible, among many other things they did wrong, the electrical curcuits were damaged, walls had to be broken once again and the contractor did not wish to deal with it. However, Cody came to my rescue. He fixed everything, and also got his friend to come and repair drywall free of charge. He did not have to do it at all, it was a general contractors responsibility. I was very impressed, you dont often expect diecency from contractors, but clearly Cody is a rare treasure. Not only he is a solid professional but also a fantastic human being. I highly recommend Cali Coast Electric, they realy are the best. read more
