I had such a great experience working with Fran at Frame Art! I came in needing help getting a…read moreprint sorted for my son's nursery, and she went above and beyond. Not only did she fix the issue I was having, but she also made thoughtful recommendations that really improved the final result. She was an absolute pleasure to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything turned out perfectly. This is the second piece I've had done here, and both times the service has been superb. Both sentimental items, which they took the appropriate time and care with. I can't recommend them enough, and honestly, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else!

Frame Art might've been good a few years ago, but without the owner in the store the customer…read moreservice is absolutely horrible. During the lackluster consulting process for two pieces of art I brought in the representative said her shift was over and walked out and I had to wait for someone in the back to come out and finish. I should've known then to go and find some other place. When I came in to pick up my artwork, I waited for about four minutes before the person behind the counter looked up and acknowledged my existence. The prices were very high and the quality of work mediocre. You can see small white nicks out of the black frame where they cut the corners to fit. They could've touched that up with some black paint or something so at least it wasn't so noticeable. For the several other pieces of art that I need to have mounted and framed, I will definitely look for quotes somewhere else

He can do anything with art -- fixed a wall hanging my daughter had put her name on (you'd never know it was there); added black paint to an abstract painting to cover marks left by tape when I spray painted the frame; added detail by painting a thin line of black on the inside of the frame and painting the outside black which set off the black and white picture nicely: finally, reframed and matted a certificated piece of art beautifully. I am thankful to have found him!!!
