I trust this business with the care of my dogs and highly recommend her services.

I set up formalities with her to come on a full time basis starting this summer. I have always paid her on time , my pups are sweeties and we were always respectful. BUT, when I contacted her this spring to start working for me this summer full time, she responded to my initial correspondence and then refused to contact me or my fiancé again after multiple attempts. She didn't have the courtesy or decency to respond back to tell us if her plans may have changed and she was not able to take our pups on this summer, which I found to be highly unprofessional. I have used pet visit providers in Calgary for years with absolutely no problems, this type of unprofessionalism seems to be very unacceptable in a small community like Okotoks. We have since found another awesome pet walker/visit provider.

Woof, woof, woof, woof…read more I really shouldn't let my dog write my reviews for me, but I can say that without a doubt he LOVES this place. Since this doggie daycare is out in the SE industrial part of Calgary, it's less expensive than dropping your pooch off downtown. $22 for a full day of dog slobbers. Of course like most dog housing establishments, you get a better deal if you buy a card. The bonus is if you do partake in the card deal is they will clip your dog's nails for you! Which is amazing as nothing stresses me or my golden out more than me with the nail clippers, cutting off the tiniest pieces of nail for fear of clipping a vein. End sad puppy dog face. They have two rooms, the large dog play area and the rest/little dog room. Indy is often in the rest room as he wipes himself out early on in the day and loves little dogs. I haven't tested out the grooming side here other than the nail clips as my boy just needs brushing, but my only complaint is that with the rest room (hehehhe not bathroom), they have couches and chairs in there and I am pretty sure this where my dog learned that he is fully able to get up on the couch when no one is at home. He also knows to get off the couch before we open the door. On the other hand, It is nice to know though that if you decide to board your pup over night they are not left in kennels, but in the rest area where they have their choice of soft option to lay down on. Like all dog daycares your dog will be pleasantly exhausted after a full day here, the staff are really friendly and always have smiles for Indy when he paws his way through the door in the morning. There was no top layer of skin left on his scrotum which was the worst burn. He had burns on his tummy, his ears, and along the top of his head. When we suggested a refund on the one cut we were treated to a rant about how they can't be responsible for us abusing our animals and that they won't be held responsible for injuries to our dogs, etc. It goes without saying that we won't give them another penny of our business and of course we'd recommend that people don't take their dogs to them.
