They used a certain machine using a certain frequency that treated the sunspots such that it sort of burned them off but not laser. I had no scarring. I did 2 sessions on a weekend so that I could recover somewhat by Monday. It has now been 4 months and the spots are barely noticeable. Overall treatment cost about $800. I'm very happy with the result. They were very professional and caring. I recommend them.

Before the treatment, I asked questions about the filler being used and I was reassured about it. I agreed to go ahead because I believed the information I was given. Not long after the injections, my face reacted very badly. The swelling was extreme and it didn't feel like a normal reaction. It was scary. I was stressed and genuinely worried about what had been injected into me. When I reached out for answers and support, I did not receive clear explanations. Now they are not replying to my messages at all. Being ignored after something like this makes the situation even worse. Cosmetic procedures require honesty and transparency. You are literally trusting someone with your face and your health. I walked in feeling confident and left feeling unsafe and completely let down.
