Want to know how to get the best primary care? Answer: Concierge primary care AND true care…read morecoordination all for reasonable membership fees. I'm alive and I'm extremely grateful to be alive because of Renee and my cardiologist. They continue to work closely to make sure I'm managing multiple and very complex conditions in the best way possible. I'm currently only taking necessity medication which is such a huge relief. I have been seeing Renee for almost two years and to have my very own TRUE concierge care that is managed like true coordinated care. It's a HUGE difference and let me tell you why: Renee was able to confirm that another doctor misdiagnosed me. Since she has taken over my care, I feel heard, cared for and recently had some serious heart problems and other debilitating conditions she has helped coordinate care with my cardiologist and my orthopedic surgeon. Energee Medicine puts your health first and is always willing to go above and beyond with research , referrals and offers you a true seat at the table when making important health care decisions. I'm under 45 and have some major issues that if she didn't catch; the other medication could have really done some damage to my body. In two years I have stopped taking at least 4 medications that I didn't like because I felt like a numb zombie. Now.... I have a chance at living a happy life while still being my healthiest!

She is incredibly attentive and takes the time needed to dig deep and address concerns promptly. She is also truly accessible--you can actually talk to her or be seen when you're sick, instead of hearing, "We can see you in 3 or 6 months," which I've experienced elsewhere. I have some complex health issues, and Renee has done an outstanding job guiding me toward better health. She is one of those "super smart" providers with a deep breadth of knowledge and experience, and she is genuinely invested in taking care of her patients. My lab work has improved significantly, and I've lost weight as a result of her guidance. For the first time, I feel like I have someone who truly has my back and is in my corner when it comes to my health. I believe this is the future of medicine--getting back to real care in healthcare. Renee is the real deal. I highly recommend making an appointment to meet her. You'll never want to go back to, "We can see you in 6 weeks or 3 months!" My sister is also going to her now, and she is taking new patients.

DO NOT GIVE THIS PROVIDER YOUR MONEY!! They'll charge you a bogus "$130.00 - NEW PATIENT FEE". I…read moreshowed up to my first appointment and the receptionist said I owed $130 which made no sense. She claimed they can't bill insurance for the first visit but subsequent visits would be covered. I should have walked out right then. But I was already there so I proceeded. After speaking to my wife we agreed it did not make sense so the next day I called back to get clarification and then the receptionist changed her story and said they ARE billing my insurance and the $130 is just a fee they charge new patients. She straight up LIED TO MY FACE when I was there in person. I asked what exactly this fee is for and then she claimed "she doesn't know, she's just the massage therapist and she'd have someone named Maria call me back to explain". WHAT A SHOCK, MARIA NEVER CALLED. It's not a surprise they charge this fee. The business clearly isn't doing well. They don't have a real receptionist, the office and the equipment are old and dingy, and THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A CREDIT CARD MACHINE. The receptionist literally had to type in my credit card number. I have already booked another appointment with a different chiro and confirmed they don't charge any "new patient fee"...Bear Canyon is a joke. FIND A DIFFERENT PROVIDER!
