I made an appointment Monday and was seen Wednesday. They emailed me the paperwork which I was able to do prior to the visit, greatly reducing my time there. The staff quickly processed my paperwork and got me into thr exam room in no time. I needed a small surgical procedure, which was rapidly accomplished, with minimal pain or discomfort. My RX meds were emailed in and I was soon ready to leave. The total time spent there was an hour! The staff is friendly and professional, and CNP Piseth Knight was amazing. I've procrastinated seeking medical care for several years and have neglected myself. She didn't nag, or heap the guilt on. She just treated me and let me know we'll fix things over time. Overall, this may be the best doctor visit I've ever had in my life!

She went out of her way to assure I got my covid test I needed done prior to being allowed my yearly iron infusion. This meant the world to me because I was very anemic. She also came out to my car to give me a flu shot when the rules for the city called for less indoor activity. I don't know if another CNP or Doctor would care to provide the same service.

Who has access to my medical records?…read more Facility: Presbyterian healthcare NM Location: ?? Not sure. One of their many call centers. Date: 6/17/2025 thru 6/25/2025 Technician: Several women in several departments. Do you ever wonder who is accessing your medical record, why it is being done, when it is being done, is the information placed there accurate, and are your records secure? If you don't, you should be. Presbyterian has had three data breaches that I know of since 2019 that have compromised hundreds of thousands of their customers and employees personal, financial and medical records. I read online that at least one of the breaches originated within the ranks of Presbyterian employees. As a Presbyterian customer this has effected me three times. When this happens you get a "dear john" letter from them apologizing for the mishap, insisting that it was not their fault. They insist they are doing everything possible to prevent this and will continue to work to do so. Apparently, not exactly everything. There are basically two way scammers and hackers will profit from the loss of your precious information. One, they will sell it to other hackers who will then begin data mining your information until they get a match between your information and a source of funds such as a bank account. They can also use your information to steal your identity and purchase things or borrow money. Secondly, they will sell your personal information to other hackers who will use it to develop an accurate profile about you, and then use this information to blackmail you in some way. Sensitive medical records are prime targets for blackmail. We should all be able to access a provider's medical data base concerning our own records and be able to find out who has been allowed to see our records, when and why. I have made numerous attempts to get this information concerning my records. Over a week and a half I was bounced from one woman in one organization to another and back again with only the empty promise I would get an answer from the correct department. I spoke with people in Medical Records and Patient Relations. I spoke with Cecelia, Brenda and a supervisor Christy. In the end, Christy said "we can tell you when your records were accessed if you can give us a name"! My entire purpose in contacting these people was to have someone in their organization do a search for me for all persons and facilities that have accessed my records. She said "we don't know how to do that so it can't be done". This is ridiculous. Their My Chart software contains lines of data collected on everything I have asked for. I asked them to give me the number of their IT department so I could speak with them. They said that they will not do that. Where does this leave us? Actually at the mercy of Presbyterian's poorly trained employees that handle our data, and at the mercy of any hacker that gets that information. That's right friends, all of this information that we hold so dear is now in the public domain.

I personally see Dr. Conlon as my internal medicine guy. He is thorough and personable. I have several rare conditions that I will deal with my entire life and I feel safe with him coordinating my care. There is ample seating space as well as a variety of options such as wider seats. They also have vending machines in case low blood sugar hits. There is a free water cooler as well. The nursing staff is top notch and responds quickly to messages via the online MyChart system. Today they even put me in another room that came available that Dr. Bagga wasn't using so Dr. Conlon could see patients more efficiently and Sarah, the MA, started my visit right away.

I have had the unfortunate dealings with a nurse practitioner named Diana Krenz......(do not use a…read morenurse practitioner as your primary). My insurance is not good and I have to pay for 80% of my dr visits which cost me around $150 per visit. I'm being treated for some serious blood issues as well as stomach. She and I discussed a couple of medications to help with appetite as I am having to drink all of my calories and cannot eat solid food anymore, she said if I tried two treatment, which I did, and they did not work ( as I told her they wouldn't), she said then she could put me on one of those medications to try and help with my appetite. When I called to try and get the script filled she changed her story and said no, basically lying to me when I was in her office. At the same time blood work came back for my very low iron, which she has been treating me for and the results were worse that the precious blood work and she said to continue treatment as usual. It's incredibly low and going lower and her treatment is to stay the course.....what the HELL! I then ask for a supervisor and get a woman named Evette, who with a condescending attitude, keeps me on hold while she goes to talk to someone . In the beginning of the call I ask not to be put on hold so long as for everyone was to leave for the day. 45 minutes later,...guess what.....she tells me everyone is now gone for the day! I ask for her supervisors phone number and she tells me she doesn't have it. We all know that an employee has their supervisors phone number. After I tell her I"m recording the conversation, she all of a sudden has the number. The supervisor for Evette is Chris Perez who is actually the manager. Eyette had told me she was the manager of the clinic. After a lengthty discussion with Chris,, which all he did was defend his employees, I asked him how do I make a formal complaint with Davita and he said there was no such thing. He said he was the only one that could take a complaint. So I asked for his supervisors name...which is Shawn Burns, and I am now waiting on him to return my phone call. All they want me to do is come back in and pay another $150 to talk. I was raised by a father who always said, " there is nothing worse than someone who steals or lies". Well, Davita will lie to you on the phone or to you face. Do not trust these people. All they care about is getting you in the office again for more money. As far as nurse practitioners go......only go to one if you have a splinter or a hang nail.....anything more serious than that.....go to a real Dr. Presbyterian is starting to look really good right now. There is so much more to the story that I would be happy to tell you more about their deceitful behavior towards me.

We waited 90 minutes to see a doctor and there was only one patient before us, with an additional 30 minute wait in the exam room. We were told we were seen as a priority because of our "young 'un" which was totally untrue. As we waited in the waiting room, one patient came in profusely bleeding from his mouth, held together with bloody t-shirts. The other clientele were "sketchy" to put it nicely. When we finally did see a doctor he was completely incompetent. The prescription for my one-year old's ear infection was for the wrong drug, wrong dosage strength, and wrong frequency. Luckily the pharmacist caught this or else would would have been giving my son something other than an antibiotic. I would not return if I were on my death bed and could not recommend this facility to my worst enemy.

However the rudeness of this Dr deserves negative stars. The reason for my visit was that I had been to 2 doctors over the last few weeks and still had ongoing problems. They had suddenly gotten worse. His response was, what do you want me to do that they haven't already tried? He prescribed a medication that turned out to be the exact same medication the first doctor had prescribed. It was another doctor in the ABQ health system. He had those records right in front of him. He was so sure he couldn't help me that he didn't review my records, nor try to help. Waste of time! If I had a grave medical issue this man surely would have put me one step closer to deaths door.

When he asked about my diet…read moreand I told him my ethnicity, he paused for like 5 minutes, and then he stereotypically guessed "rice", by looking at my appearance and skin color during one physical checkup. To be honest, I haven't visited him since 2022. But during the last two or three physical checkups in the past years, he kept saying the same old advice, which was not super helpful and personalized. He also couldn't identify a life-threatening stomach issue that my cousin had back in 2018 or 2019. And so, my cousin had to go to Presbyterian Hospital for urgent medical care, and luckily he was treated well there despite a weeks long hospital stay. Anyways, at first, when HE WAS MY PEDIATRICIAN both at the old address (10110 Spain NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111) and at the current address (3825 Eubank Blvd NE A, Albuquerque, NM 87111), for more than 20 years, he was doing alright, and he was initially helpful. But eventually over several years, the quality of his care and assistance declined a lot. I don't know why the New Mexico Medical Board didn't strip him of his doctor's license a LONG TIME AGO, especially due to his incompetence, ignorance, and age-related downfall.

All of this to say, all of my teens requested of us to take them to a different office and we responded by doing so. Office is *always* CLEAN and friendly.
