It is exactly like you see in the pictures; super clean and the beds are very comfortable. We arrived late at night and contacted Martin. He was extremely helpful. Access to the apartment was easy and he met with us the next morning and explained everything to us and gave us some very helpful hints. I had forgotten to bring my hairdryer and there wasn't one in the unit, but Martin came back later in the day with a brand new one. He truly is a treasure!!! From the apartment you can walk to Escambron Beach (pretty much right across the street). It was quiet and beautiful, a hidden gem. We took the bus (which stops right at the corner of the street) into Old San Juan; it takes about 5 minutes. We only rented a car to explore other places on the Island (DO NOT miss the rain forest!!!). There is a grocery store right around the corner, a KFC, and a few restaurants, but we mainly ate in Old San Juan (love the Puerto Rican cuisine). My son did have a hamburger at El Hamburger on the corner, and said it was really good. It must be, since the place is packed with locals every day. I would have given this place five stars, except for two things. One was the traffic noise. It is pretty much constant until late at night. I live in the country, so I'm used to quiet nights; I'm sure it won't bother anybody used to city life. The other is the rooftop terrace. It was nice and one side it had a view of the ocean, but you also see quite a few power lines and a fairly new high-rise apartment building, so it wasn't as pretty as I had hoped it to be. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment and it's location sure made up for both of these issues. We fell in love with the island and can't wait to return. The booking was very easy, the owner was extremely helpful and so was Martin, the caretaker. I would recommend this apartment.

This facility nears to be updated to increase the comfort, considering the nightly room rate. I felt that the bed size should have been at least an queen size. The room was a small and old military barracks room. The low water pressure in the shower was annoying, because it literally took me longer than usual to bath. There is also no WiFi in the individual rooms, but there was WiFi available in the recreational room that was nearby. A few things need to be fixed from this past weekend, but I'm pretty confident that we wouldn't return for another visit at this lodging location. They do have other locations on the island that I would check out in the future. I did talk to the person that handles all the reservation to express my concerns.

Contemporary style buildings and they offer 2/3/4 bedrooms with furniture and cooking utensils. I asked the coordinator for pictures of both places several times but she ignored me.

The…read morevilla was beautiful - sitting right on the beach- with a pool, guest house and lots of porch space for relaxing. We spent hours swimming in the ocean and the pool and enjoyed eating out at several cool restaurants, and got coffee every morning at a neat nearby coffee shop. We even took a horseback ride along the beach (the horses go into the water which was super fun). The folks at TC Villas made sure we had everything we needed - extra beach towels, a high chair and crib, etc - they met us at the villa and made sure we were all set and knew how to contact them for anything we needed. The villa had a private gated entrance which was nice. I absolutely recommend a trip here and using this company.

With covid that is a risk as you must test before you arrive and when your leave. (which you need to travel to the island anyway but not all medical insurance will cover the villa rental ). Villa was nicer then the photos and the water really is magical. I will stay with TC villas again for sure !

Not anything specific, to be clear, just in that this-is-in-the-tropics way that not everyone loves. This place is an unhealthy disgrace. Seeme to be individually owned Hostel without a management company which makes sense for their lack of professionalism and property upkeep. I've filed a government complaint against them as they also took my money days is advance even though I selected the option to reserve now & pay later at the sit. Once they took my money they refused to communicate with me or Expedia to resolve and/or cancel my reservation. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

As part of a large group, over 16 people, we still had plenty of room. The house has AC in the bedrooms, iron and ironing boards in all the rooms, plenty of linens, bath and beach towels, and free wifi. There are outdoor showers by each entrance for you to wash sand off before going inside the house (there are 2 entrances, depending on which rooms you rent). Buy mosquito bug repellent. The kind that plugs into a wall. The bathrooms get them (because the windows are open and the moisture). All in all, this was a perfect house that fit our needs beautifully. I would definitely recommend this and would stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico.

And there are a few nice places to eat nearby for lunch, dinner, pastries, and froyo (though everything is quite expensive, as everywhere (it seems) in San Juan). The place is very clean and comfortable and the bedroom AC is indispensible. The kitchen is nicely furnished too for saving some money by eating at home (except that it could use a collander). The landlord, Adam Greenfader, is very nice, helpful, and responsive - absolutely no complaints there. Overall a great value - my group of 13 had an amazing time for a very reasonable price! I would absolutely come back and recommend to a friend.

You'd wake up and you'd find water in the guest bedroom all over the floor, behind the dresser and into the hallway. The toilets were at least 10 inches off the ground- you had to hike just to sit down with your legs dangling if you are shorter than 5'2". The building was a bit dilapidated on one side. But the view was gorgeous. It overlooks the lagoon of sorts that lead right into the ocean. It was nice. Elevator ride to the 9th floor proved to be acceptable and always in working order. It was centrally located right in the heart of Condado which made it accessible to all the night life in the strip in San Juan, PR. I guess for the money it was not that bad- it could sleep up to 6 people. Wifi was provided but the signal often went out in several occasions. There was a kitchen and a washer and dryer that helped with the soaked towels that we used to clean up the water day after day. Finally we just turned it off in the 90 degree weather and let the evening cross breeze flow from the unit thru the sliding glass windows. The other thing I found amusing is that there was construction drilling in the next door apartment. So during the morning you could hear the drill grinding into the cement floors. Summary This place has a lot of potential. There was some issues with water and construction as they are hopefully getting the condo units up to sped with the rest of the area. Would I stay again? Yes, under a negotiated price.
