He and his staff thus far have been completely painless. This alone is something I am not use to. They are also very friendly and did not take a big chunk out of my wallet when I went. I recently had a crown replaced and a filling. The wait time was almost nothing. Dr. Patterson is a military man and is very organized and structured. Not having to wait in the waiting room is also a new experiance for me when going to the Dentist. His Dental Hygienist Candy (I love that she's named Candy) is so nice and friendly. She also understood that I have very sensitive teeth and was just great a doing a job that needed to be done that I just am never going to be fully comfortable with, but she was wonderful. I told three different staff members I was not there for anything to do with an implant but just to have a crown put back on. I was moved 5 times to 4 different chairs/rooms. Many years ago I did that job and it didn't take 9 months to learn it. I had to pay for the exam upon arrival and pay again for cementing on the way out. It was like i was in a Keystone cop movie. As if my appearance in some way indicated that this couldn't be possible. This is how the appointment started out. Dr Talbot was very professional but very stern with no smile, no warmth or compassion whatsoever. To sum it up, if you are looking for a friendly dentist's office where the staff treat you with respect, dignity and compassion, this place is definitely not it. So many people are terrified of visiting the dentist and need reassurance and compassion before sitting in the dentist chair and will have to face the witch sitting at the reception desk who will size them up according to how they dress. I will not be back and caution everyone reading this about this place.
