They had bed bugs at one point, residents fall and the PCA where having to do everything, there are very few CNA and some of them are mean to the residents. There's seriously one maybe 2 RNs they rest of the charge nurses for the shift change are LPN, The last shift charge nurse stayed on her phone watching Baddies or talking on facetime on her phone going into the med room and yelling screaming cussing and cry. Had a whole ass melt down at work over a guy. Some of the PCA and CNA smoke weed then cared for the residents. There was a residents fall and break her hips instead of charge nurse calling 911 she had PCA help pick her up and put her on the be the whole time the resident was screaming in pain, and the charge nurse who was an LPN said she was lying, the resident had a full blown seizure because of how much pain she was in, the night charge nurse also put all her stuff on us PCA so we were having to take the residents vitals and give meds that she handed us. Its a complete shit show.
