I do counseling on zoom as well as in person. I do Christian counseling. I never cancel an appointment. I meet you wherever you choose. I make special appointments for evenings when necessary.

History

Established in 2024.

I began my counseling career at Terrell State Hospital in Terrell, Texas back in 1975. I worked under the direction of Chuck Scholemore. I began my career with musical therapy and Christian Counseling. I went on to work in half way houses, nursing homes and prisons. I continued using Musical Therapy Counseling as my base. I later began to work into individual sessions sessions and group therapy sessions with Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas under Claire Korman in 1994 to 1996. I began my own counseling services afterwards throughout the Dallas area, primarily in Forney, Texas. I am now bringing my services to Durant, Oklahoma and working with Patricia Jackson as well in Forney, Texas for other services such as weddings, funerals, massage, and nutrition along with various other services. We hope to bring these other services to Durant soon. My services are income based so don’t hesitate to contact me as soon as you have a need.

Meet the Business Owner: Pamela G.

The counseling portion of this business is just beginning in Durant, Oklahoma area although I have been working as a counselor for over 30 years. I’m excited about this new venture. I began as a counselor as the result of the call from God Almighty. God called me to sing, play the piano (with no lessons, which is a miracle in itself, and another story), and to counsel those who are hurting, lost or who just need direction using Christian principles and the Bible, with the Holy Spirit as my guide. I not only counsel with the knowledge that I learned in college, but also counsel using the wisdom of God as my guidance. My journey actually began as a child when I counseled my siblings as a game we played growing up. I felt the calling of God on my life even then. I hope you will call me for an appointment if there’s anything that you may need help with. I work according to income so that everyone can afford to get the counseling that they need. I would volunteer my services if needed.
