Not completely awful but I'd go to the barberitos down the street before here.

I take my time (days or weeks) making bigger purchases and they are very patient with me as well as informative. I have purchased fly fishing gear and flies, a bicycle and cycling equipment, as well as performance clothing from MSL. If I was a backpacker, this would be my primary source of gear. Most of the products are premium brands so they can be a bit more expensive than Dick's or some other chain. If you want to buy quality gear from a local shop, consider MSL.

I mean some discount retail places are so spic and span that the prices for their merchandise isn't much different than a big box retailer, and sometimes it'll even be MORE expensive. Not at Ollie's.
