The pinnacle has a great variety of shops and restaurants, they even have a little area to fish or walk your dog. It's a nice area once you get past the tons of teens in loud obnoxious vehicles driving like they own the place. Please be vigilant of surroundings when walking across the street because of them. I recommend just about every business there The best ones being Marshall's - except the line is vert long sometimes Bass pro shop Bath and body works Mercantile 423 And crave cookie Also the movie theatre is very nice The worst ones i would not recommend going into would be Palmetto moon - due to racism, ableism, and complete disregard of human life that the store manager has with everyone that goes there Chipotle is okay, the employees have usually been pretty rude and the food usually makes me sick at this location Boot barn has some pretty rude staff as well The moes here is mid at best, the staff could care less about being there, but i wouldn't either if my boss pocketed all cash tips for herself, the chicken is never cooked all the way and they're always pretty dismissive. Not completely awful but I'd go to the barberitos down the street before here. read more

Super huge outdoor shopping center with lots of big box stores, many restaurants and at the end of the road, a Bass Pro that allows overnight parking for RVs in their lot. That's why I was here, but I also stopped for a coffee on the way out in the morning. Decently lit and with lots of good signage. Dear The Pinnacle, Thanks for coming to the TRI-Cities area, I feel we really needed it and you came at just the right time! I love how new and shiny you are, and I see you've picked quality over quantity as well. The other day week when we got snow, you cleared it all up the quickest I've ever seen in a shopping plaza. Well, putting you in the same category as other shopping plazas isn't fair since you are much bigger. You're like a mega shopping plaza with crazy amount of parking spaces (probably overkill here), but at the same time you're not cluttered at all. Amazing. Good choices of restaurants, good balance between fast food and sit downs. Absolutely amazing movie theater. Just a really great variety of stores in general. You're always so clean too! Yet I have never seen maintenance or cleaning crew at work. I love that stealthiness about you. As you can tell, I'm a big fan of you. The only thing I can say is you're missing one thing that can make you the coolest mega shopping plaza in the world! That is, I recommend you add a Vietnamese restaurant to your already spectacular roster. Yep, that is all you need and I'm sure many others will agree. AMAZING! If your looking to shop or eat or go do an activity-the pinnacle is the BEST place to go! Not only does it have DOZENS of shops for all ages it has restaurants of every kind! From pizza, Mexican, or to classic burgers! If your having a boring day, you might want to check out the kid-friendly just jump or the movie theatres with reclining leather seats! Located in Bristol-it often gets crowded, but if you don't mind a rush, the pinnacle is the place to go! read more

The nicest theater I've been to.You have reclining seats and you pick your seat before you go in.Very large theaters and clean.At the concession stand you can get the regular stuff like popcorn plus hot food like White castle burgers and pizza,pretzels,fries,nachos,and hotdogs.I would highly recommend this theater,it was a very nice experience. read more

The Pinnacle mall has some decent stores and food. I would prefer a little less fast food, but that's just me. They have a Belk, Michael's, Justice, and many other stores that I can't think of at the moment. For food they have a Great American Cookies, Zaxby's, McDonalds, Steaks and Shakes, Panda Express, and more. A good place if you are looking for some simple shopping and don't want to go to a big mall but still want to find some good stuff. read more
