I'll stop by to pick something up and stay a bit longer to talk with them. This is my go-to gun shop. The customer service is fantastic, and the process is fast and hassle-free. We went in to pick up our son's rifle, and we asked if we could have it custom laser engraved and took it home the same day. It looks stunning, and the engraving adds a sentimental touch to his first rifle. We know one day, his rifle will be passed on to his children, and it will forever have his name and date on it. I hight recommend Cover Your 6 Customs; they're the best in our area!!

A month later I called him because I hadn't heard from TBI and he said that he sent the appeal. I called TBI and they told me that they never received an appeal for my case and that it had to be done within 10 days AND that I should not have been charged to do the appeal because I could have done it for free online. The TBI cleared up the "issue" that turned out to be a "clerical error" in another state while serving in the Air Force. They also suggested that I not go back to this dealer. So there you have it!

I have made several purchases at Mountain Sports (MSL). The staff is well trained and never pushes a product or brand. I have purchased fly fishing gear and flies, a bicycle and cycling equipment, as well as performance clothing from MSL. If I was a backpacker, this would be my primary source of gear.
