I was hesitant at first but after visiting their website, reading reviews, and listening to several people tell me great things about it. I made an appointment. After my first appointment I was hooked! Dr. Sam is incredibly friendly, professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable, he helped breakdown what I was feeling, what he would be doing in each session and then where I might be sore or feel some pain the next day - he was SPOT ON with each. I worked with Mel as well and she was extremely helpful in helping me work through some of the exercises, some modifications, and to help with next steps. Both were extremely patient with the number of questions I asked - which was A LOT! Dr. Sam is also incredibly accessible, he gave me his card during my first appointment and reiterated several times that I could reach him by phone, text or email. I did have some questions after my first appointment (about 24 hrs later), I sent him a quick email and responded within the hour with advice, suggestions, and recommendations.
