My surgical procedure took longer than expected, but he did a terrific job with my neck. I did not experience any nreve pain post procedure, and the feeling in my hands along with all the neck pain was resolved. No complications at all after the surgery. Dr. Gocke greeted me the next morning with profuse apologies for the surgery taking so long. Wow. How nice was that? He explained all of the procedure to me, which I was absolutely fine with. I've seen him a couple (few?) times over the years for my long-term, ongoing back issues. He is prompt, explains everything efficiently, and speaks to you like a human. I find this terribly misleading for patients that there is no doctor there. So I made a same day appointment and checked in on time. Forty minutes later I was still not seen with no explanation until I asked. People who came in after me were seen before me. Again no explanation. Finally when I started asking questions I was told that they were backed up and that there was only one person seeing patients. After further questions I learned that there was no doctor. I left. I quickly replied with excitement " I'm on my way!" I've seen Dr. James Miller (he's hard to get) Dr. Turned (great Dr.) Dr. Eastman (no longer there) and a few others. The one I just saw is new her name is Maddie. She was friendly and took time to explain some concerns I had. I made another appointment with her for a Physical. The waiting area is spacious (social distance if needed) and clean. The front staff to check you in is efficient and quick. Always a good thing if you're not feeling yourself.

If you're expecting and seeking the rolling massage tables, then this is not the place for you!! Aside from the adjustments, this practice has an area for you to exercise your orthopedic problem areas, no rolling tables, sorry, not sorry, lol. If you research anything regarding your health, exercise is always mentioned, but not always emphasized as a part of the in house treatment, unless it's for physical therapy!! The practice is so thorough, that Dr. A performed the most accurate scan of my back that I have ever had, matter of fact, it's my first time ever! If you have not had it done than you should!! He was able to show me the exact problem areas that needed to be addressed. It's great to be able to see an accurate depiction of their focus of treatment.
