At a recent appointment they treated me with SoftWave. After treatment my neck has felt amazing. My neck almost feels normal and unstuck since my appointment 2 months ago. Chiropractic Health and Wellness has taught me the importance of spine health which I took for granted. I'm a true believer now. I highly recommend them for general spine care and SoftWave was a nice addition to my care.

I don't know about y'all, but when I'm visiting any doc I want to feel like they truly care about me and want to help, and Dr. Holland delivers on that for sure. Honestly, I questioned why i could get better in minimal visits, when other places say 3x/WK max, and I shared those experiences with her in conversation, because she is cool like that to just chat with. I digress, but basically go here if you want genuine care in a clean environment, with nice staff, flexible scheduling, and to get some chiropractic relief from chronic pain. Highly recommend.

Dr. Rulli does a great job and doesn't have you continue methods that don't work well; I'm going for headaches, and after doing both adjustments and acupuncture (Which costs more), Dr. Rulli quickly told me that he didn't feel the acupuncture helped nearly as much as my spinal adjustments, and encouraged me to stick with just the adjustments. Given I was game to be a pin cushion--that's how bad the headaches are--I was surprised. As for the headaches, the adjustments are a BIG help! They aren't a cure, of course, but they provide relief without medication. Until the underlying cause is uncovered, I'm in the dark, but thanks to Dr. Rulli, I'm able to get relief.
