Downside....the only…read moresources of heat are a wood burning stove and space heaters and the only a/c comes from window units. I got quotes (or attempted to get quotes) from several other companies. Without exception, every other company was SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than TLCS. I'm not talking a few hundred dollars more either....I'm talking thousands. Additionally, every interaction was amazing. Not only are the people who work in their office friendly and helpful, but so is their after hours answering service. At every turn they make sure that you know they value you as a customer, which simply can not be said for some of the other companies in the area (like Swink....they made sure I felt like they specifically didn't want my business). I really only hope that the next time I need to install a ductless mini-split or central air system I live within their service area...because they are hands down the best!

Our A/C stopped working suddenly so we contacted Hunter in Ardmore to get it checked out…read more Submitting the ticket on line was easy and they even chatted with me on line to get the visit lined up. Our service technician Andrew arrived on time and was extremely professional. After hearing our description of the issue he let us know he could probably have it up and running very quickly. Within 10 minutes he confirmed the problem and provided us a quote for the work. Andrew began the work immediately and was done in about 20 minutes with the system back up and running perfectly! We can't say enough how much we appreciate how Hunter Super Tech's have continued to support our needs with professional, polite & friendly staff from the schedulers to the technicians. If you have an A/C issue we can certainly recommend contacting them and asking for Andrew!

We transitioned from an aged Geothermal unit to a Heat Pump system as well as had an Air Scrubber installed. Jorge made sure customer service & satisfaction was priority. From our deciding what unit to go with through to the finished install, Jorge was readily available for our questions/concerns. His team of techs worked hard and diligently the entire time. We appreciated so much that when the install extended into the evening on an extremely hot day, the techs stayed on sight, Jorge included, to make sure we'd have AC. Utilizing Hunter Super Techs has been a great experience for us!

Highly recommend, great cost for services and fast response time. I did go to their office to request a copy of the receipt and it was so easy, but parking is tight so look that up before you go if that's a concern. Great job, will use them again. I called 20 plumbers and they were the ones to come out through a holiday weekend. I think I didn't get them there until the Monday or Tuesday after but they were responsive and I appreciate that.

I have a special needs baby at home who already has sniffles so I was scrambling. I called Red & Blue because I know from previous consultation with them (and every other Heat & Air co. in town) that they are hands down the best. The man I talked to was soooo patient (because I was repeating myself and didn't sound like I'd had my coffee yet) with me and very courteous. I told him exactly what my husband said to tell whoever I called (no one usually likes it when you call and act like you know what's going on or sound like a know it all) and he was great! Said he would get me fixed up the same day! I have not had the chance to see the work yet, but I am confident they will do as they have said. I work at an office building that has had more than it's share of problems getting good service, so if they do a great job at a fair price I am going to call them next time we are in need at the office. When you find good professional hard working companies- you use them and you spread the word. That's the way you pay it forward in business. I will update after the appointment!

Integrity Home Comfort Solutions are my go to guys from now on…read more After my heat and air conditioning was ready to retire I called these guys to come see what I needed to do. They were efficient, clean and professional. They very methodically analyzed my heat and air conditioning, wrote a detailed list for me, and explained options very clear and precise, so that I could understand what I was paying for. My heat and air conditioning had leaked for years which had rotted out all of the wood around the unit. I decided since I was changing out the system anyhow to go ahead and move it to a more convenient spot in the house. I would like to insert right here that their carpentry skills equal their heat and air skills. They did everything needed to redirect my system from foundation to the roof, I was very impressed with these guys. One thing I really appreciated about them they didn't try to up-sale me on all kinds of things that I didn't need. I have found a local gem; they were fast, professional and courteous, and to top it off they do great work. I will definitely be giving "Integrity home comfort solutions" my business from here on out. Keep up the great work Brian, Dewayne and team.
