Despite having a scheduled time, we weren't seen until close to 4:00 PM. There was no clear organization in the line appointments and walk-ins were mixed together, and walk-ins were being taken before those with reservations. When our appointment time had already passed and we stepped forward to ask when we would be seen, we were criticized by others in line, which was uncomfortable and completely avoidable with proper line management. The most disappointing part was the actual interaction with Santa. There was little engagement with the kids, they weren't asked what they wanted for Christmas. This was especially frustrating since the reservation form specifically asks what your child wants for Christmas. What's the point of including that information if it's never used? We made an appointment expecting a smoother process and a more magical, personalized experience for our kids. Unfortunately, neither happened. Definitely not what we expected, especially during the holidays.

He worked with my schedule being that I was on vacation and communicated very well. His wife Rosie was a total sweetheart. She took her time and really showed passion in her work. After hair and makeup were completed, she did a whole videoed reveal with me. It was a total celebration! Rosie really made me look like a complete goddess with hair and makeup! JP showed me a few different locations as to where we could go being I wasn't familiar with the area and ultimately left the decision up to me as to what I liked best. During the photo shoot, he was incredibly respectful and professional. He communicated every step of the way and gave clear concise directions on what to do and how to pose. He knew exactly what he was doing. JP and Rosie were so welcoming. The photos received were absolutely beautiful! I never thought I could look so stunning. Once on the beach she was such a pleasure to talk to just as a human being, and made taking pictures relaxing, she did such a great job with our two year old son (making him laugh) and me being pregnant (feeling comfortable in a see-thru flowy gown). She told me the pictures could take up to 2-3 weeks before we got them, and around week 4 I text her to make sure everything was okay, and the next day she sent us the pictures. I didn't want to to rush her because I did a lot of research on photographers and her aesthetic was so beautiful and worth waiting for, but was insanely relieved that all was good and gave us the pictures close to checking in. My only feedback to anyone working with Krystal is to give her the time she needs to do her job - it's worth every penny and minute! And when she delivered the pictures they were incredible. They turned out SO GOOD! I knew they'd be good but I still have no idea how she was able to capture some of the photos she did. These are priceless memories we get to keep forever thanks to her and I'm so grateful we were able to book Krystal for a maternity photoshoot.
