Her approach was far from the standard "stand and smile" routine; instead, she and her team made sure every moment felt natural, joyful, and full of emotion. She took the time to understand what we wanted, and her attention to detail truly captured the essence of our wedding day. The photos are vibrant, full of life, and each one tells a beautiful story of our special day. When I was first booking, what stood out to me was that Jenna herself called me at a very odd hour because of my schedule. She was so flexible and accommodating, taking the time to chat about what she offered. That conversation was a game changer--it completely altered the way I wanted to approach our wedding day. Initially, I was hesitant about doing the first look and family photos before the ceremony, as I thought it wasn't the traditional way to do things. But Jenna shared her prior experiences, and since we wanted to be present for cocktail hour and fully enjoy the day, we decided to take her advice. It was MAGIC. When I first opened my photos, I was with my new husband, my mother-in-law, two of the groomsmen, and a bridesmaid, and we were all brought to tears with how phenomenal, powerful, and stunning the photos were. She truly captured so many important moments, and the amazing part is, it was FUN. Every photo radiated emotion and joy, and we'll cherish them forever. What also really stood out was how thoughtful and generous Jenna and her team were. The entire team was not only professional but also incredibly fun--honestly, I would be friends with every photographer there! They made the experience feel like we were surrounded by love and family, creating moments full of joy, laughter, and genuine connection. They were there when we needed them but never intrusive. Jenna and her team's responsiveness was another huge bonus--they were always quick to answer calls and texts, which helped us feel at ease throughout the process. I can't tell you how many times I was adding and subtracting hours and not once did they make me feel bad or like it was a burden. Additionally, the turnaround time for the photos was incredibly fast! We felt like we had the images in no time, and every single one exceeded our expectations. We feel INCREDIBLY lucky that Jenna was the photographer for our wedding; her team was just as phenomenal. She captured beautiful memories, kept the experience lighthearted and meaningful, and we will treasure her work FOREVER. 10/10 would recommend her! Amazing! Thank you Jenna!!!! -- Ashlie

Right now at the university location, their elevator was down so we had to walk five flights up the stairs. It was a lot of stairs in nice and pretty clothing. I am not sure if this is was a result of that. ] The day of the photo shoot went well overall. *If you do have an elderly lady that has trouble walking, please let them know because they have two locations for the studio. I recommend arriving a little early and changing there, because they do have changing rooms and mirrors. I met two photographers there: Gail and Nikki. They take as many photos as they can during that hour be prepared with what poses you want what kind of photos you want and don't be afraid to move around. Nikki was able to play with our baby while taking the photo and she was able to get the happiest giggles and squeals from my infant son. I think that made taking the photos with so many people so that much easier. They had different platformswood benches so we could sit in different positions and take different type of photos. We also took infant photos after we were done with family poses. I feel like we did make the most of our hour.

We are long past the era when cameras had to be very expensive to make good photos and when developing film and retouching pictures was hard work.
