He provided a very detailed list of exactly what was needed -- down to the T. I'm very organized and made sure every single item on that list was turned in. Everything was submitted exactly as requested, and Ken personally confirmed that all documents were received and even commended me on my diligence throughout the process. Then, out of nowhere, the secretary claimed they didn't have certain documents -- even though Ken had already confirmed they did. Since then, it's been difficult to reach him directly, and we've been passed around to different people who don't seem to be on the same page. We were also told from the start that we only needed to complete one counseling certificate, which we did. Later, we were informed we'd have to pay for another one. The process has been confusing, inconsistent, and very unorganized. We're still in the middle of this process, and unfortunately, it continues to feel all over the place. At this point, we're hoping to get our money refunded.

I cannot say enough positive things about Matthew…read more I utilized his services in 2018 when I was basically forced to make a tough decision after being injured in an auto accident and having a horrible injury attorney who did nothing for me. I was embarassed, nervous, and sick to my stomach, but I researched some Attorneys and came across Matthew. Right off the bat, I got great vibes from him, so I decided to retain him as my Attorney. I was terrified to relieve another bad Attorney experience like the one previously mentioned, but Matthew put my mind at ease immediately. He was so thorough, answering every email and call no matter how big or small the inquiry. He's a mix of both professional, empathetic, and friendly, and has made this process way less stressful than I had envisioned. I HIGHLY recommend Matthew to anyone out there who is contemplating on retaining a wonderful Attorney. You'll be in great hands with him, and will have a huge weight lifted from your shoulders!

After years of listening to friends and family complain (reluctantly admitting I am a fellow member of the Bar myself) about shoddy work, failure to communicate, etc., when they've retained a lawyer, I can appreciate their frustrations. After all, how much intestinal fortitude does it take to return a phone call (or reply to an e-mail) and simply say, "I'm sorry, after reviewing this I've decided..."?

In the beginning Matt was very responsive and we were getting emails on what the documents were being processed to take the home improvement company to court. We did not receive our own contact with Matt when we first hired him and have requested our copy of the contact multiple times in writing. Everything was fine, until we "won" our court case in October of 2020; when Matt could not find the owner of the business. Even though we legally won, according to our county's court system, we have not heard from Matt on what he is doing to get us our money, or if he has taken any other steps since 2020. We have gone MONTHS without communication from him, he has been not replying to our call, emails or texts. We have tried to use different phones to get in contact, and it seems as if he is screening and avoiding our calls. In 2020 when we first noticed that communication was strained Matt told us "No news is good news". It has been over a year (January 2022) since we have any communication calls, text, or emails from Matt. This is a last resort to get an update or a call from Matt.

I find her behavior to be quite disturbing considering her profession. The pictures I have attached are from the review I left on Google and her response to that view.

Jennifer was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable and efficient...until I had to return to the courthouse to correct papers from the original will that were filed incorrectly. This entailed rounding up the original witnesses again and collecting their notarized signatures. Mistakes happen. The estate was not complicated. As executor, I consolidated the bank accounts and sold the condo. I did everything promptly as instructed. In the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania it is necessary to wait a year after the filing before distributing the proceeds of an estate. When that year passed we were told that we had to wait an additional 6 months with no explanation (I still do not know why). Perhaps someone did not do her job. Nobody suffered bodily harm, all of the required papers were eventually filed and the estate was distributed, so no harm right? The problem is that I paid a premium price for a substandard job.
